It was about a kid from Baltimore, who they found hanging in the woods, they ruled it a suicide but his mom thought that it was murder. Then a friend of his called her to say he wanted to talk to her so he could 'unload' but he too was found dead?

Yep the case of Keith Warren. It was one of the most saddening and infuriating cases UM profield.

I was remembering this case sometime back. I remembered that the victim's first name was Keith but couldn't remember the last name.

It was actually in Montgomery County Maryland just outside of DC. I live in the area. It was in Kingsington which is in the Baltimore/DC suburbs.
