I wish I could show my students that scene. Maybe then they'll be able to remember how to use "your" (possessive) and "you're" (contraction for you are) correctly. Or maybe it would just make them laugh for a few minutes. :lol:

I wish you could, too, because that error is one of my pet peeves! I feel bad for you, having to deal with students who prob. do it all the time. That scene is one of my faves (not to mention the whole ep is a favorite of mine!) for that very reason. :)

Poor spelling and grammar is a huge pet peeve of mine too. It bothers me to see quite a few adults who can't spell some of the most common words in the English language or use capital letters and punctuation correctly. I really think a lot of it is just pure laziness and ignorance.
