Yes that is true. I just think the 08 pats were good, despite cheating, the 85 bears, Eagles and Cowboys teams of the 80s and 90s and the Dolphin teams of the 70s and some of the Steelers teams.

They said offensively not total. And it is far too early to know anything. Frankly if the Cowboys don't win the SB it doesn't matter. Winning the SB is all that matters. I'd rather be the NY Giants right now because they have the ring. As far as the Cowboys...they are loaded on offense but the one big thing I disagree with them on is Romo over Tom Brady. No way would I take that...at least not yet. Brady has 3 SB rungs and Romo hasn't even won 1 playoff game.

True, but both can get shut down. T.O. last game had little to no yards in the second half of last week's game. A lot of times he'll have explosive first halves, then he'll get played well or shut down most of the 2nd, same with Moss.

Now I watched Tom's statement today, He said that he thought the Cowboys this year might of had more talent on offense. Talent doesn't always mean your the best, you need to use it the right way too still. Then he was just stating the players and their counterparts. He didn't say Romo was better then Brady, he was stating that if you take all those players he mentioned that the Cowboys come out ahead on most the comparisons. I would take Barber over Maroney, I would take Whitten over Welker. I would take TO over Moss (more on thaat soon) But I would take Brady over Romo easily.

OK, Now if you watch the games were TO isn't a huge factor stat wise look at what he is doing on the field still, Against the pack he fell down on an interception when he was already behind the packer player who had caught the ball. But down the field who was it that chased him down? not the players that he ran past, no it was TO he had gotten up and ran as hard as he could to catch up and make the tackle. Moss would of slowly gotten up and walked. TO is out there throwing blocks anytime he is able too and running with the play till its over, Moss watches the others run. Yes Moss might have more talent, but Owens utilizes his talent as often as he possibly can, on every play. He is a player who puts 100% into the entire game(untill he gets upset with the team...LOL, but then both are like that so it cancels each other out) Owens is the hardest worker on the entire team, and if you haven't noticed has been a model team mate so far. Yet Moss has had a few times were he was seen in a negative light towards the pats so far, Not bad at all but Owens been a great teammate in dallas so far and quick to stand up for his teammates, willing to come to their defense.

I honestly can't believe I just said that because I had absolutly no respect for Owens from when he was with the Niners and then the Eagles. But I have given him another shot, Just like Chris Carter got his other shots for those who remember his past. Did he become one of the most respected players in the league later on? yes he did, people can change and grow more mature like that, maybe Owens has, Maybe not either. But so far in Dallas he has earned the right for us to give him the benefite of the doubt so far.

Ryan Leaf was a very talented QB, and he was much more talented then Trent Dilfer. But who was the flop and who won the super bowl? I love the Cowboys and I would agree that they probably do have more talent offensivly then last years Pats. But here the difference is, the Pats had much more talent in the most important part of your Offense. They had Tom Brady, therefore they were more succesfull then the Cowboys will be because he is that much better then Romo.
