I just finished watching all of Season Two and Season Three this week. I thought that Season Two was awesome and even better than season one. Season Three was good as well but I'm curious why did Season Three only have thirteen episodes?????? Wasn't this season shorter than the other seasons???? Did they run out of story-line? Was there not as much to tell??? Was there a writers strike or something like that which only allowed them to have a total of thirteen episodes? Can anyone shed any light on this question?

Their was a writers' strike last season. Some shows came back after the strike but Prison Break didn't. I agree with you about season 2. I loved it. I don't know why some don't. Season 3 was just okay but I'm loving season 4. This might be the last season. Ratings are really down this year. I hope they finally take the company down before it's done.
I'm also a fan of season 2. This season has been really good so far, too.
