JulieSomoski 09-24-2008, 05:43 PM Right now, I'm only planning on watching Big Bang Theory regularly on Monday nights and Old Christine on Wednesday nights. The Mentalist was great last night - so far it's the best new show of the fall, IMO, so I'll probably continue watching that. Not sure about Worst Week - the pilot was okay, but nothing special. And I'm always a sucker for Kitchen Nightmares and Don't Forget the Lyrics! on FOX. Julie, what NEW shows will you be watching this fall is the question. ;) :D icecream 09-24-2008, 05:47 PM Privileged is my favorite new show. It stars Joanna Garcia from Reba. DSfan 09-24-2008, 06:04 PM I'm not sure yet. I haven't had the time to watch TV recently but I will catch up through the internet. I am interested in: Gary Unmarried, The Mentalist, Worst Week, Crusoe, maybe Knight Rider, Opportunity Knocks on ABC, Privileged, and 90210. JulieSomoski 09-24-2008, 06:42 PM Julie, what NEW shows will you be watching this fall is the question. ;) :D My mistake! To answer THAT question, probably The Mentalist so far. I'll check out Knight Rider and Gary Unmarried tonight, though, as well as Life on Mars in October (sounds very promising for ABC) :D Mr. Television 09-24-2008, 07:00 PM The Mentalist...the best new show so far. :D AB 09-24-2008, 07:03 PM Fringe The Ex-List Mentalist Worst Week Gary Unmarried Rita Rocks (starts in Oct. on Lifetime) Brent88 09-24-2008, 07:26 PM 90210, Fringe, and Life on Mars for sure. DSfan 09-24-2008, 11:10 PM I forgot to mention that I, as well as some others here, want to see Life on Mars. It seems like a very well thought out show that could be very good. Buffyboy323 09-24-2008, 11:58 PM I'll be watching 90210, Kath & Kim, and Privileged. I might check out Life on Mars and Gary Unmarried too. comedyfreak 09-25-2008, 03:50 AM Crusoe Do Not Disturb The Ex List Gary Unmarried Knight Rider My Own Worst Enemy Worst Week howierules86 09-25-2008, 07:36 AM So far, I watched Opportunity Knocks on Tuesday night, and Gary Unmarried last night, and both were okay shows. Zoneboy 09-25-2008, 09:15 AM I would vote for none of the above but that's not one of the options. Tubehead 09-25-2008, 11:53 PM I watched heroes Worst week Opportunity Knocks The Mentalist American got tatlnet Lincolin Heights Schmoopie 09-26-2008, 02:04 AM I've already checked out 90210 and don't plan on watching it again. I haven't really kept up to date on what the new shows are all about. Any recomendations? Andrea dawsongirl 09-26-2008, 02:16 AM The Mentalist...even though I don't like that lead woman. What a bitch. Buffyboy323 09-26-2008, 02:48 AM I've already checked out 90210 and don't plan on watching it again. I haven't really kept up to date on what the new shows are all about. Any recomendations? Andrea I haven't watched the new 90210 yet, hopefully I'll get around to that this weekend. This whole thread can be a way to give everyone an idea of what new shows to check out this fall. According to the poll, currently, Fringe, Life on Mars, and The Mentalist are the shows a lot of poeple here are watching/plan on watching. Once most, or all of the new shows premiere, me or someone else will probably make a thread about our favorite new shows, so look out for that in a couple of weeks. That might help you more. 70s show watcher 09-26-2008, 03:45 AM i watched worst week wich is not very good despite having kurtwood smith in the cast and gary unmarried wich is pretty good comedyfreak 09-26-2008, 04:14 AM i watched worst week wich is not very good despite having kurtwood smith in the cast That's what I thought too, was hoping it would be better. They need to redo the show and give Kurtwood Smith a bigger part, he's not being used enough. 70s show watcher 09-27-2008, 03:17 AM That's what I thought too, was hoping it would be better. Me, personally I could care less about any new show--dark, dreary, unfunny No thank you! DSfan 09-27-2008, 11:48 PM I just watched the pilots of Worst Week and Gary Unmarried. I really liked GU, definitely will keep on watching the show, it's funny and I wasn't bored at all during the entire show. Worst Week was okay, it's funny but I don't know how much longer I can watch a show like that. It seems like Just for Laughs but with dialogue or Mr.Bean with dialogue. It just seems like it will be very repetitive and predictable. MusicJunkie 09-28-2008, 05:44 AM Fringe and Life On Mars are the only ones I have any desire to check out bencasey 09-29-2008, 12:29 PM I would vote for none of the above but that's not one of the options.
