Los Angeles (E! Online) - If 90210 can do it, why not Melrose Place?

Former Melrose Place star Lisa Rinna says she's been hearing some buzz that the 1990s Aaron Spelling nighttime soap could be getting an update.

"I've heard a rumor of them bringing back the show like they did 90210," Rinna said at TV Guide's post-Emmy party. "I heard that it's somewhere at the CW."

No surprise, but Ms. Rinna would jump at the chance to reprise her role as Taylor McBride. "I would do it in a heartbeat," she said.

Melrose Place ran from 1992 to 1999. "Let's bring it on," Rinna squealed. "Melrose, 10 years later!"

I would absolutely LOVE this! Bring it on! I'd definitelywant as many of the old characters as possible.

So, when the show ended, Jane was pregnant w/ Kyle's baby & Taylor had rode off in the sunset (or night...forgot what time of day it was) w/ her baby. Michael was chief of staff once again. Amanda & Peter had faked their deaths & were on some tropical island talking about the names of their future kids...jokingly saying the names of all the characters on the show. Michael wanted to marry Lexi in the apt swimming pool, but she declined. Megan & Kyle's brother & his pre-teen daughter was w/ them. Amanda's high school chum was in jail.

Well, we know Kyle McBride won't be back on since he's now on the new 90210.

I would not... please let this not happen. They already ruined 90210, please don't ruin my most favorite show.

Actually, she was carrying Michael's baby (Michael of course, was the ex hubby)

Not a good idea. MP was running on fumes by the time it ended. Some shows should not be redone..and it was one of my favorite shows of all time.

I think it's fitting that my least favorite character is the most excited for this.
