Well, I found Uncle Tanoose (or however you spell it) annoying at times.

I did not like Rusty! What a big-mouthed ,disrespectful, brat! His character started the smart- aleck kid character! I grew up in the 50's and if I had ever talked that way to my parents I would have been in big trouble! My own children never got away with it either!
