Sorry to start a new thread but I posted a reply to the tail end of another one and didn't think it would be noticed.
But yeah, it's been 20 years. 19 years since UM profiled the story on it's second season premiere and it seems we are not much closer to a resolution.
I did some digging on the boards and was surprised to see that Tara's mom actually posted here once a long time ago. She has since passed away...
