TV.com has unveiled a new look for their popular website. The features remain the same but are arranged in an easier, cleaner fashion. Take a look:
The new TV.com (http://www.tv.com/)
Personally, I'm crazy about the new blue and white colour scheme!
(As a hockey fan that is! )
I also like the TV listings on the right side of the page.
The rest of it doesn't seem that different. What do you think?

I don't find it all the different, just cleaner looking and nicer because I prefer this blue to their former blue or whatever you want to call that color lol.

They should go back to the way it was on TV Tome.

I was going to say the same thing. The new redesign seems so much more cluttered.

too cluttered and busy, i'll still never use it regularily or trust any info on there.

Better than the old design, but that's not saying much.

Oh I loved tvtome!!!! The new design is going to take some getting used to...I find it harder to find things and navigate around...

I'm finding it much harder to rate episodes with the new format. For example, before I could easily drag across the scale and rate an ep 8.1, 8.2, 8.3...
As it is now, it seems difficult to rate that same episode anywhere in between 8.0 and 8.5.
I know this seems like splitting hairs, but for lots of series I would rate episodes in bunches -- and I liked the wider range.

I hate it! One reason: I can't scroll down and get the cast lists from any show's season.

I noticed that too, but here's a sneaky way around that:
Go to Google and type the name of the show in quotes, then the date
one of the episodes first aired for the season you want. Then the phrase
"season episodes".
Example:
"my three sons" "first aired: 9/29/1960" "season episodes"
This gives me the link for My Three Sons season three. Click on the
word "cached" and see the page the way it used to be before the redesign.
This won't work for much longer as the Google cache only stores old pages for a certain amount of time.
To save a copy of the page click "File" in the upper left corner of the browser
then "Save As..." to save to your hard drive if you want a permanent copy.

That's when I was a editor of CPO Sharkey and then when it changed my browser was no longer compatible.-lol

I agree. The main reason I couldn't stand the old design was because it was VERY flashy. This one has it's share of flashy, but not to the extreme like the other one. I like the way the episode guides look here too, they're simple and right to the point.
