I caught an episode today on TNT called "Couples", which I had not seen in a long time. Among other crimes perpetrated in this one was a "ripped from the headlines" case in which a woman ran over her husband with her car. I could swear the actress was the same one who played the dominatrix Lady Heather a few times on the original CSI. But I missed the opening credits and she was made up and spoke very differently on L&O. Mostly, I thought I recognized her distinctively light blue eyes.

The actress on CSI was Melinda Clarke. Was this the same person? I tried IMDB and a L&O episode guide with no luck.
