I know that this has been discussed on the board already, but it was years ago... I was wondering if anyone knew if the last addresses are still valid for Carol Burnett and Vicki Lawrence (and any other cast members) to send fan mail? Thanks :)

I will reply to my own message, because I found them, in case anyone else would like to write the cast :D Apparently (the addresses and "testimonials" are from movieeye.com) they aren't hesitant to send an autographed picture of themselves if you send them a nice little letter... :) At any rate:

Not totally positive, but I don't think Carol is taking mail at that address anymore. ALSO, I read a while back that Vicki sold her Long Beach house (pretty sure her home was that Lido Ave address) so she may not be taking mail sent there now.

Not trying to dash hopes of hearing back from these ladies, just giving updates on the status of the addresses. I used to be a member at startiger.com back in the day, but not now. I could buy a month's membership sometime soon and check for you, though, if you'd like. StarTiger is a great site - people constantly submit info about if an address is still working, and submit new ones.

Yeah, I'm not sure about a majority of the addresses, but I did actually recieve a very nice autographed picture from Carol at that address :) startiger is probably way more reliable though because it's a pay site. :)

I tried writing to Dorothy Lyman before and got a Return to Sender, but I don't remember if that's the address I used. And I might've tried to write to Beverly Archer too and got nothing, but I can't remember, it was a few years ago. A great free site that you can search for addresses is fanmail.biz. I like that site. I've gotten several successes using it.

I actually spoke with Al last month and he said that their house has not sold yet, so you should still have success with Vicki's Lido Ave. Address. :D
