this movie from 1997 "Turbulence" featuring the Mom from Home Improvement and a bunch of actors/actresses I never heard of lol...The movie was ok, the plot was horrible. Basically a killer who was framed by a cop so that he goes to jail but they wanna transfer him to another cell in another state I guess. They don't offer much on the background of the plot- it's basically action packed but a horrible, goofy, stupid movie. Anybody ever see this lol?
