And sweaty and can't believe this game took so much out of me. Damm, glad the Cowboys got the win but I want to give credit to the Eagles for showing up and playing as good as they did. I will always have nothing but respect for Macnabb, great QB and it's a shame someone had to lose a game like this.

Damm, i have to watch this gain tomorrow, can'y believe it.

Being from Philly, you're certainly reacting a lot better than Wreckless did.

My favorite NFC team, the Saints, lost yesterday, but I didn't go on a tirade.

At least some of us can control our tempers.

I agree, but I'm so angry man. If it was 4th and 17, would you throw a 5 yard pass? McNabb= SMHHHH

You got a problem? I'm pissed about the Eagles, not about anybody on here. But I can if you want to keep taking shots at me. Mind your own business. I'm allowed to be pissed after what the Eagles did or didn't do.

No wonder, everything was Cowboys, Cowboys, Cowboys with him. He kept taking shots at Jaws sometimes. He would be like, oh you played there. So? That doesn't mean Jaws doesn't have an opinion. Personally, I like Tirico, Jaws and Kornheiser talk way too much- I'd rather listen to Merrill Rease.

Wreckless
09-16-2008, 01:12 AM
Yeah, Cornheiser was annoying. That and they'll be talking about the Eagles play selection on 4th down and Jackson. Even though Jackson had a not bad game yards wise, he dropped a couple balls then the endzone play. But to be honest, I don't know why Dallas didn't pick up the ball on the 1 yard line, it looked like one of the Dallas defenders knew he dropped the ball too early & before it crossed the plain.

I punched the wall 2 years back on a game I will not discuss lol. But I usually just get angry, curse, throw a fit then eventually calm down and move on. It's hard though- I take football too seriously to relax after a loss, a crucial loss.

I'm sure if the Cowboys had lost 41-37 I would not be sleeping tonight at all. That's the thing about a game like this, diision rivals on MNF and if your team loses it's tough to go to sleep. I been there any of times.

Wreckless

Yeah. For me it's just control of emotions and when to relax, it's hard. I get riled up, anybody would in those circumstances, related to sports.

^ Yeah, thanks for clarifying that MrIggles, I agree that people have different emotions towards things in life, especially sports. I didn't curse out anybody on these boards, I was mad at the game and some of the players at the game. The Eagles played great so my impatience and anger at the loss sort of faded away because there's always next week. While I would of liked to beat Romo and the division rival Cowboys on MNF, we still have 15 weeks to go. I'm more worried about the Steelers now and how we can handle them lol, what do you think MrIggles? It'll be a great Penn. matchup. Kind of like the Subway Series, the Freeway Series etc. this is like cheesesteaks vs. the Primanti Bros. Sandwich (the Pitt. sandwich that came about during the great depression).

Yeah man, I hate when I have to resort to that lol. The game at the Linc, i think it was either the first or 2nd game that year in 06 vs. the Giants. We had like a 3 TD lead going into the 4th and gave it away . I think I punched through a couple walls that day  horrible game Mike.

to be honest with you bro... I have a strong feeling they will come out very very strong sunday afternoon. The D especially has to make amends for that hidious display monday night... I sit in the last row of the lower level & let me tell you, the seat is awesome, I wouldn't trade it for anything, I can stand up all game with no one behind me to worry about.... BUT the one drawback is a concrete wall directly behind me & lets just say after that game you just referred to I introduced my fist to the wall & my fist lost
