View Full Version : Are there any sites to watch full Happy Days Episodes?
Schmoopie 09-13-2008, 07:56 PM I rented Disc 1 of Happy Days a few days ago from Netflix but in my haste to return it (and get another one!), I realized that I had forgotten to watch one of the episodes :wallbang Talk about stupid! :bonk:
The episode in question is "The Deadly Dares".
Are there any sites around where you can watch full episodes? I hate to rent the DVD again, just for one episode, but I'd sure like to see it, and I can't find it on Youtube... yet, that is.
Andrea
PS, I edited this post because I realized that the original topic sounded like I was asking for High-Def Happy Days episodes. I don't care what kind of condition they are in. I just want to see the episode!
Wreckless 09-13-2008, 08:07 PM I have the same question! Hopefully their are sites out there to watch episodes that I have missed when googling it. The only episodes I found at least on Youtube are the pilot episode and the Christmas with The Fonz one- I think it's specifically called Guess Who's Coming to Christmas or something like that. So I only found 2 online.

Yeah, those are the only ones I found as well! I guess I can always rent the DVD again...

Wreckless 09-13-2008, 09:18 PM No! We've got to find episodes online, more of them  lol.
robyrob 09-13-2008, 09:25 PM please bear in mind that it is against the rules to post links to unofficial sites hosting full episodes, clips are OK though
does WGN or any other station have any online?
Wreckless 09-13-2008, 09:29 PM Well then if you know a site or anybody else does, please PM me!
Eh clips are ok, not as good as full episodes most of the time..

I think I'm just going to rent the DVD again. I can send it back right away after watching the one episode I missed!

Wreckless 09-16-2008, 06:32 AM Schmoopie, just pray the dvds I get are of great quality! I bought the whole series for $30.00, $38 with shipping on ioffer.com (if i'm allowed to post that, if not, sorry). If they are, I will try to make copies of dvds for you. I don't want to make promises I can't keep but I will try. I also have to look into that episode Iris was telling me about, where they sing at the end of it.

That's very nice of you to offer, but I actually ended up renting the DVD and watched the "lost" episode. It was pretty funny, so I'm glad I got to see it. I did find the Happy Days sets at a prety good price (about the same as what you mentioned) at barnesandnoble.com (on sale) but I'm still deciding whether or not I want to buy them. I wouldn't mind having the series, but I'm still kind of up in the air about it. I probably shouldn't be saying this but I tried to make a copy of one of the DVD's just to see if it would work and it turns out that they are copy-protected. It's just as well. The quality of the ones I saw were pretty good, though.

Wreckless 09-26-2008, 12:08 PM Yeah, their are ways to get around copying DVDs if you want, I can't tell you here because I will probably get yelled at and it shouldn't be posted lol so look it up. But yeah, the site I found sets on, the users say they are of really good quality and everything is included. It's ok, if you ever need any episodes, just shout. I am still waiting on my HD set  it should be here within a couple of days.
spreckenzeedeu 09-26-2008, 02:52 PM My Fingers are sooooooooooo crossed...
wayne 09-28-2008, 10:54 PM Maybe someone could share them on youtube?
Wreckless 09-28-2008, 11:47 PM I'll create a new account and upload episodes, because if I lose my account, It won't be my regular account. How about that?

Wreckless 09-29-2008, 08:19 PM Thanks Iris...I'm watching Guess Who's Coming to Christmas Now...I finally got my DVDs of the series, the guy who sent it to me was a little bit odd. the first season half of the episodes are taped with good quality and the rest is definitely from the first season dvd, doesn't make sense..
he didn't mark any of the discs either, they're in order and in nice cases but he could of marked them real quick. plus some episodes are commercial free, and the rest so far have commercials. I don't know how to fast forward DVDs so that I can FF past the commercials, at least on my machine I don't know how to..

There must be some Arrow Button. All my Players (Video OR Dvd) have one ... cause I always FF the annoying Commercials.
Wreckless 09-29-2008, 11:15 PM Yeah. It's my crappy DVD player lol..I bet when I get my sound fixed on my computer, I will be able to play and FF them on their. I need to get a new remote or a universal one. I hate fiddlin with those new DVD players, you can't use the coaxe cord.
Wreckless 09-29-2008, 11:18 PM Iris, do you recall the episode where Fonzie gets married? lol. The girl he's about to marry has the most hilarious laugh, *like a seal* Howard describes it.
spreckenzeedeu 09-29-2008, 11:26 PM do you recall the episode where Fonzie gets married?
Let's say ... I've seen it. Yes. And Yes *lol* I do remember the Laugh.
Wreckless 09-29-2008, 11:28 PM LOL ok...

Wreckless 10-08-2008, 11:39 PM Nice. Well I commented on the guy who posted the Mork returns episode lol. I said while I have the whole series on dvd, it would be awesome for you to post more episodes, also for the fan's sake.
