(Background Info) Jinny and Teddy broke up before Teddy had too take on a job requiring her too move too Boston, And even though they broke up, their still in love. Jinny becomes depressed and the night that Jinny and Teddy break up Jinny meets a guy in the bar... Named Scott... Scott is a possesive jerk who treats Jinny like crap. But in her pown mind, Jinny doesn't think she can do any better and accepts it. Magda knows somethin is wrong but Jinny has kept Scott a secret...

*At The Division, 3 weeks after Teddy Leaves*

Jinny: *Totally lost in thought, twirling her hair around her fingers and staring into space as captain talks too everyone.*
Capt: We have 2 suspects.... Hello? JINNY! HELLO! *waves hand infront of Jinnys face*

Capt: I've only been talkin too you for about 20 minuits!

(He laughs) And then Jinny calls you and asks you to pick her up at the hospital. And, then, you know that she's not gonna rat you out because she loves you too much! Jinny: *Says out loud to herself* He's not trying to seek revenge on me. He wouldn't do that. *Pauses* Would he? Great, I'm talking to myself. *Thinks for a couple of minuets* Magda needs to know. I gotta tell her about Scott's past. *She picks up the phone again and dials Magda's number.*

Magda: Ramirez?
Jinny: Hey it's me again.
Magda: Do you think it's Scott? Would he want revenge on you for breaking up with him?
Jinny: That's what I was thinking, but... You need to know something.
Magda: What?
Jinny: Scott's past...
Magda: I'm listening...
Jinny: He's a... *Just then there was a knock on Jinny's door.* Oh, great. Someone's at the door. I'll call you right back.
Magda: Well, hurry. I want to know about Scott.
Jinny: OK. Bye. *Hangs up and walks to and opens her door, no one is there but there is a note taped to her door.* Oh, great. The phantom strikes again. *She takes the note off the door and starts to read it.*

Jinny: DAMN! *to herself* He's gotta be crazy,I don't wanna go wandrin around in the projects at 2AM!!!... Oh I am so bringing my gun. I cant go alone. God knows if its Scott he'll kill me and if its... Someone else he'll kill me... Ok I am oficially dead...... Who the hell am I talking to? *calls magda*
Magda: Hey Jinny.
Jinny: How'd you know it was me.
Magda: I had a feeling, what were you gonna tell me about Scott?
Jinny: Hes a murderer.
Magda: That explains why he treid to murder you.
Jinny: Well anyway... I need your help.
Magda: Sure, with what?
Jinny: You know that discount liquor store down in the mission district?
Magda: Ummm... I think...
Jinny: Well I know where it is. Anyway........

Jinny continued to tell the story and they made a plan, Magda would go to the top of the fire escape on the aartment building by the store, Just incase Jinny needed her.

(Jinny had just pulled up in her car and she was very nervous. On her way to the mission district she had talked to Magda, on her cell phone, and they had gone over the plan many times. Jinny took a big breath, opened her car got and got out.)

Jinny: *Says out loud to herself* Here goes!

(She walks behind the liquor store but sees no one. She keeps walking and looking around for who ever she is supposed to meet. Suddenly, someone comes up behind her, puts their arms around her and their hand over he mouth.)
