I happened to be up and about and seven-thirty this morning and so I decided to kill a half an hour by watching a "Mad About You" rerun on "TVLand". The main theme of this episode was Paul's behavior getting him fired. Being the loving wife that Jamie is, she did her best to comfort him. He suggested that she quit her job and stay home with him and watch TV. She said that she could not do that. Paul asked her why and she said "because Big Mamma's got to bring home the bacon"! By the time that she made this remark, her coat was on and her purse was over her shoulder. She looked like a real working girl! Hearing someone as sophisticated as Helen Hunt say something as cute as this really filled me up! Wow!
