OK since i really like JoExsteads(sorry ray i forget ur new name) character of Jessy i am gonna use her in my fan fic just letting you all know..ya i dunno whats up? im listening to music and it went from bob dylan to britney spears...if the pace of my fic changes that explains everything~

**Scene Maidson High School**

Jessy Exstead was sitting in her english seat with a fear strunken look on her face as she was about to recieve her term paper back. She tried...sorta and she knew if she did not do good Jinny would jump down her and beat her...well not really but she would be pissed. The teacher paced back and forth thur the isles as he spoke. G-d Jessy throught, "I hate it when he paces." and then as she slumped down in her seat he cleared his thoart and once more began a lecture on the papers,"I am pleased to say that most of the papers were excellent yet there were a few papers*Jessy swore he looked her in the eyes when he said this next part* that needed improvement..." He hand Jessy her paper face down as all the others but for some reason she really did not want to turn it over. Finally she gave a heavey sigh and turned over and saw a large C- on the front and i guess she wasnt the only one cuz Ms. Perfect tapped her on the shoulder and said,"Well thats a good improvent from a D-" Jessy just about had it and said, "Angela I cant help the fact I have a life and you well...dont..." Just then she was saved by the bell.

She went to her locker and crumped up her paper and as she was about to slam her door her current boy, Ryan appeared next to her locker. He looked up at her and asked, "Long day, how bout lets go to the movies and learn about modern romance and get some food..." Jessy knew that she had a few classes left but she figured with the day she was having that it couldnt get any worse...o how wrong she was ...

ok soo the big thing wont happen to later but i will try and keep it interesting~

The first stop on there was to the movies where they knew which theater to go because they knew some theaters would raise an eye brow at the fact 2 teenagers are there in the middle of a school day. They went to Frammingham 16 and everything was cool. They decided to go see Hardball and found to be a good movie of the couple minuets that actully say of it.. http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/wink.gif

After the movie they decided to go to the liquior store and get a 6 pack. Since ryan was 18 and had an incredible fake id Jessy agreed to wait in the car..a couple minuets later Ryan came out with not one but two six packs. Even though she knew she would most likely have a drink she decided that it would be better if she drove..after about a half and hour of cruising down the streets Ryan was completely wasted*and in record timing too* Jessy was on her second drink but had decided better not to finish it but i guess think about everything had made Jessy for get about the speed limit and was goin 68 in a 45 mph zone...

Jessy realized what she was doing and pulled over immdeitly and knew she was gonna be in deep sh** espically with Jinny. The police officers had come to the conclusion of driving under the influence and took them down to "the division" and as luck would have it was the same division in which Jinny worked in..the officer brought them in and Jinny looked up from her desk and basically screamed,"Jessy what the hell are u doing here?!!!!!!"

here is some more...lol Ray...ooo that bad jessy..when is she ever going to learn?


Jinny was so pissed and you could tell just by looking at her too. Jinny thought to herself.."great just great...my day was ****y to begin with and now is even better.." Jessy just walked by trying to not to make any eye contact with her. Once Inside Captain McCafferty office she noticed that it was Jessy and she let out a disappointment sigh. She finally spoke up and said, "Chang what happened?" Chang responded, "She was going 68 in 45 mph zone and was presumed to be under the influence and her passenger was extermly intoxicated so he was taken to the hospital because he was about to pass out.." Captain McCafferety nodded her head and motioned for Chang to go leave. Captain looked sternly at Jessy and told her to sit down. Jessy still couldnt believe this was happening because she never got in trouble and was caught but she looked up at Captain and asked,"Whats up?" Captain sat down and looked at the folder and responded, "What is up is that you were charged with driving under the influence.." Jessy stared at her in disbeliefe and said "But its my first offense so wont I get off easy?" But by the end of it she was stammering..

Jinny was sitting fidgeting in her seat like a 5 grader waiting for the school bell to sound but finally could no longer stand it and barged into the Captains office and asked in a rather brash tone.."What the hell happened." Captain McCafferty did not say anything about Jinny's behavior because for Jinny it was not unusual. She responded however with, "She was charged with driving under the influence not to mention that shes underage." Jinny could not believe her ears and just about bursted and said,"what the hell do you think you were doing? and why arent you in school?" Jessy continued to stammer and finally decided to try and change the subject and asked,"So capt whats going to happen?" "Well since it is the first time you were charged with anything you will be on probation and then whatever Jinny punishes you at home."

After a little while of everything getting sorted out Jinny and Jessy went home. Once they got home after a silent car ride, Jinny started to rip Jessy apart and bitch to her. Jinny continued to yell and said,"If you think you are going to have a life this year well you are wrong..you are grounded until furthur notice, now go to your room and do something productive!" After Jessy had gone to her room and Jinny starting torwards the refridgerator the phone began to ring and Jinny muttered a few swears under her breath..

"Hello...is this Jinny Exstead daughter of John Exstead.." Jinny was in shock.."Uhh yes wait did something happen" was all that she could manage to responde and the voice on the other said,"This is St. Mary's hospital..."

the voice on the phone continued, "I am sorry to inform you that John Exstead died shortly after he had a mild heart attack..."

Tears were streaming down jinny's face as she slowly hung up the phone. Just then Jessy came in the room about rant on bout something and she saw Jinny and asked,"Jinny what happened are you ok..?" Jinny looked up with tears flowing from her eyes trying to regain composure and said,"Dad just died from a heart attack..." and Jinny not knowing how Jessy was going to react watched her just sprint out the door not even going to try and stop her because she knew she would not with her being in that state of mind. Jinny did not know at all what to do, she was in such a bad state herself and she has to do with Jessy. Particually crying she managed to call Magda and have her search for her.

Once more Magda let out a sigh and put Jinny before her family..but now she understood..she felt bad, it must be hard for Jessy who was just getting to know her father and Jinny who lost her mother already at a young age and her father was her everything other then Casey and Jessy.

Jessy did not know where she was going but she decided to go to Anchoside and just get away from everything. She took a seat in the booth and I guess her oldest brother, John had the same idea and a couple minuets later walked into Anchorside. He noticed Jessy in there and did something u would not expect and took a seat next to her in her booth. "Hey" was preety much all he said to her and also, "So i guess you heard about dad" Jessy muttered an "uhuh" and tears where streaming down her face...she had just started to get so close with her father too..But then she felt some arms around her and to her surprise John, "Mr. I do not know how to show my emotions", was hugging her tightly. She was so confused but did not know what to do so she just hugged him back.

A couple minuets later Magda came bursting in and said,"I am glad that you are sa-" and stopped when she saw John hugging her. She thought to herself, "now thats a site..."

That night was one of the hardest of all the Exstead's life..they had to go thur so much and not all of them were ready for it. They knew they had to be strong for Jessy's sake and their own but it was so hard.

The next to Jinny's surprise Jessy left to go to school, she was not sure why but figured she just did not want to think about her father's death and try to go on with her life. She looked like crap, but she did not care, she saw people whisper about her, but she did not care, she just did not care about anything anymore. She finally reached her homeroom and she was the first one in there. She guessed her homeroom teacher read the news because he came over to her when she walked in. He was farely cute in her opinion a first year teachre and only round 23. He came over and said, "If you ever need anything, I am here for you..." and squeezed her shoulder.

Jessy went thur the whole with a depressed look on her face...well because she was in simple terms she was. Her father who had just became a part of her life was gone forever and she needed comfort more then anything that Jinny could give him, more like the comfort of a guys arms around her, not ryans though an older mans..but she did not know how older she was bout get of a man, all she wanted was like senior or something..

Her last period of the day was with her homeroom teacher,Mr. Wilder, which was her world history class. When she walked into the classroom he winked at her and she just shot a wtf kind of expression back..

Well since Katie got kicked off for a while because of her bad mouth....here's some more that she gave me too post!

The period was proabley the longest of Jessy's life and it was espically weird with all the looks Mr. Wilder was giving her, but she thought it was just because he felt bad for her. Finally the bell sounded she basically sprinted for the door because she wanted to get home and see how Jinny was. But once she was at the door Mr. Wilder called her over to her desk and said, "You havent done to well on the past couple of test and i was thinking you should stay after today make sure you know all the material." Jessy did not know really what to say and she was sort of trapped in a weird situation. She finally stammered out, "UHH, Jinny might be expecting me but she can wait a little bit."

Mr. Wilder started to undo the buttons of his shirt to expose his shirt and said,"Wow is it hot in here or is it you..." Jessy was shocked and scared because it was a friday and none of the teachers would still be at school and they were in the most deserted wing of the school. Jessy turned to leave but Mr. Wilder stopped her and asked, "We havent even gotten started where are you going?" Jessy was scared she never knew a sick person could be teaching right in her school and be her homeroom teacher...she tried to run but it was no use she could go anywhere he had her surrounded but she would not give up with out a fight..she kicked him in the balls and ran quickly to the door and tried to pick the lock and just as she had gotten it undo he grabbed but she jerked away and started to run she ran right into the girls locker room and hide in a shower stall, hoping she had lost him but she did not..he was closing in on her and the next few moments were a blur and could not remember anything except a janitor standing over her until she passed out once more..

Jinny was pacing around her apartment because it was already almost four and it was so unlike Jessy not to be home by then or atleast call and tell Jinny were she was...Jinny stared at the phone but that did not make it ring. Jinny was beginning to get really worried, with the week she was having it would not be unlikely to get bad news..

The Janitor just stared in disbeliefe here lying was this teenage girl with all her clothes ripped off, drenched with blood. He almost had a heart attack but he regain composure and called 911. Ambulences fled to the scene and same with cop cars. By this time Mr. Wilder was at home thinking he got away with the perfect crime.

Jinny was about in tears as the phone began to ring. She picked it up and sniffled and said,"Hello Exstead residents, Jinny speaking how may I help you?" "Yes, good afternoon Ms. Exstead..we are calling concerning Jessy Exstead, she is now uncouncious but still breathing, she was found raped in the locker room..." Jinny just had it, she drop the fone and ran to her car

yea..sry it was not much my mom came home and i bet she didnt want to see me on the comp well heres a little more...

Jinny drove as fast as she could to Saint Mary's hospital where she had recieved the call from. Jinny just pulled the car in front and did not care that it was a no parking zone and she rushed to the front desk and said,"Jessy Exstead, where is she?" and Jinny started to go towards the emgergancy room doors but i doctor came out and stopped her. He put his arms in front of her and said, "Excuse me Miss where do you think you are going?" Jinny backed off and said,"Dont give me this Ms. crap I am a cop and my sister is in there and I need to see how she is..." The doctor did a werid little thing and showed her to a seat and said,"She currently being stiched up..and unconcious but I will let you know of any updates.."

Back at the office Magda recieved a phone call, "Hello are you serious, omg i will be right there!" Magda rushed into Captains office and said,"Capt. I finished with the O'Mally case, do you think I can have the rest of the afternoon off to do personal stuff" Captain figured in her mind personal stuff mostly had to do with Jinny, but she was not in the right place to ask.

Magda came into the hospital to see Jinny with tears streaming down her checks. Magda shook her head, everything seemed to happen to Jinny, what did she ever do to deserve this? Once Jinny saw Magda she knew she had to be stronger and smiled at her best friend. Magda came over and hugged and just let Jinny cry. About an hour later a doctor came out and said, "Exstead." Jinny and Magda both looked up and the doctor continued,"She is awake but very weak, she is lucky she doesnt have HIV or AIDS but she has some other news for you, she will be fine again in time but it may take a little while you can see her now in room 395." Magda responded with a "thank you doctor"

As Jinny walked to her room Magda thought to herself,"Jessy is pregant..poor jessy...poor Jinny.."

since i got so many replys i will add..wait no no i didnt hah thanks ray!

Jinny walked into Jessy's room and basically cringed at the sight of her. Jessy saw that and weakly smiled and said,"So its that bad huh?" Jinny could not help but laugh at her little sisters innocents that she normally didnt have. But then Jessy stopped laughing, her face turned pale and hard. Tears began to stream down her cheeks and Jinny did not know what was going on, because her sister was always so strong. Jinny had all the time for Jessy now and just wanted to hold her close and never let her go. At this point Jinny and Jessy were hugging each other closely and crying when Jinny finally spoke up,"who did this to you? when i find him I will beat his *** down~" Jessy looked up and said,"Mr. Wilder..." but then continued to cry in Jinnys arms...

After a while Magda knocked at the door and saw them hugging tightly. That touched her so much and Jinny noticed that she was there so she said, "Jessy I will be back later do not worry~"

Jinny went to Anchroside to take her mind off things or hoping to have a nice "run in" with Mr. Wilder because she had seen him there before. As luck would have it, he was sitting in his usual seat and Jinny tapped him on the shoulder and as he turned around she punched him in the face forcing him to fall backwards and as he fell he shouted a few swears. He came up and he was actully a fight for Jinny and as they were rolling beat one and other, Angiepoo and CD came through and pulled them off and said,"jinny?!" She looked at them and said,"He started it." CD took out the cuffs and Jinny responded with,"O is that really nessacary?" Angela with a straight face said,"Is that resisting arrest too..?"

lol i am adding for anyone who is responding!! hah my thumb hurts and by eye and side of noes is brusied thank you friend who beat me when i was bowling lol long story and now i am listening to green day, hell ya!

Jessy looked up at Magda and Magda gave her a smile right back. Jessy was thankful she had Magda, and wondered what someone like Jinny had Magda for a best friend, they were total opposites. Jessy knew that Magda would always be there for her even when Jinny was not stronger enough for her. Magda always had a lot to deal with between Jinny, Benjerman and now Jessy, but it was the people she cared about most who made life such a journey for her. Jessy was truley scared for the first time in her life, suddenly she realized how scary life really was. Magda knew that she was about to cry and just said,"It's alright I am here" and with those words Jessy bursted into tears. Magda comforted her and rocked her to sleep.

Jinny was still in shock with everything that was happening and gave in silently. Angela and CD took her down to the division and placed her in one of the seats outside of Kates office. Captain was not in her office and when she walked in she saw Jinny with cuffs on and CD and Angela with her. Captain was somewhat suprised but not really when she thought about it. Captain let out a heavy sigh and signaled for them three to go into her office. Once inside she shut the door and said,"Jinny what is this all about?"
CD whispered to Angela,"This should be good" and Jinny shot back a look that instantly shut her up. Jinny began,"We today Jessy was r-rrr-raped" and stuttered as she said the word rape. Everyone's mouth dropped in shock and they did not know how to respond. Jinny countinued,"That is why I called Magda to come down to the hospital and Jessy finally regained counciousness and told me it was her young world history who did it and I have recalled seeing him at Anchorside and so I went down to find him to clear up a few things..am i cleared, you are not seriously going to charge me with something?" Captain looked back and said,"I am riding with you to the hospital and CD go down with Angela"

hey heres a little more:

CD AND ANGELA IN THE CAR:

CD was in complete shock as Angela drove to the hospital. She kept replaying the scene in captains office when Jinny said that Jessy was raped. CD must had some idea what was going on in Jessy head but no completely because her father had died too and that just made the whole situation a lot more complicated. Angela thought to herself, "I am surprised that Jinny didnt kill the guy, but with all her anger when she was beating him, she might have if we didnt come. Poor Jessy, poor Jinny, they both had gone through so much in their lives and this just happened to top everything off.

Captain and Jinny's car:

Captain was driving because she knew if she let Jinny drive she would be bound to do something stupid and irrashional. Captain looked over at Jinny and uneasily said,"So..uh do you wanna talk bout it?" Jinny was shocked at the words that came out of her mouth and half filled with anger and half pissed off she responded with a, "No!" Captain knew she could not force Jinny to talk about it, especially given their history, so captain just let out a heavy sigh.

Once inside the hospital Jinny ran to up to Jessy room. Captain had tried to get her to go see a doctor first because she had some cuts, but as stubborn as she was she did not listen. On the way there a doctor tried to stop her but she flashed her badge and continued to run until she arrived at Jessy's room. Jinny burst in the door to find Magda holding the crying Jessy. Magda looked about and asked,"Jinny what the hell happened..." but then thought about if for a second and said*while giving a little laugh and shaking her head,"Nevermind I figured it out." Magda gave one last hug goodbye to Jessy and went down to the first level to find Captain and the others.

Jinny came torwards Jessy as if about to hug her but Jessy resisted for a second and asked,"Hold up Jin, you didnt do anything stupid did you?" But within a second Jessy realized what Jinny did, and in a way it sort of amused her. Jinny looked up and said,"I am sorry for everything that has happened in the past couple of days and I know we can not change history so we have to build from what we have. I know neither one of us is perfect but we have to make agreements to understand eachother if we going to move forward and enjoy life. Number 1...you talk to me or someone that is like family, for example Magda, always when something is bothering you. Number Two, stop drinking, I have been trying to quit, so isnt time you did too? Number three, When I say no, i mean no and if you are in trouble at school we are going to work it out together, like a family. Are we understood?" Jessy looked up at her older sister who she admired deeply and said,"Wow for a minuet there you sounded a lot like Captain..but ya I understand." And with those last two words Jessy and Jinny embraced in a hug that was worth a 1000 words. Captain, Angela, and CD who were outside most of the time*they went up when Magda came down* were surprised to see another side of Jinny that she hardly ever showed.
