(Drive to anchorside and sit down and order food)

Magda: Ben got his report card yesterday, straight A's as usuall.

(just as she finished sayin that, Jinny noticed someone ever so familiar. It was Joe)

Jinny: O sorry, yeah that's gr8 (while starring right at Joe)

Jinny: I gotta get out of here. Let's go.

(Jinny runs out to the car.)

Madga: Jinny y did u run out???

(Back at the station, Magda tells Capt. exactly what Jinny said and what happened today at lunch.)

Capt: Jinny, I'm so sorry. Thing's will be ok.

Jinny: Thanks Capt.

Capt: But I need u 2 tell me and Magda what he did 2 u.

Jinny: Well, let's just put it this way, I was on my knees a lot and on the ground a lot and I said no, that's enough said about that. When I said no he hit me and pushed me. I was so drunk that I couldn't fight back. It was an awful night. I was in so much pain both inside and out.

(Jinny starts to cry)

Magda: I'm so sorry Jinny.

(Hugging Jinny while she's crying and Capt. looking at her w/ sympathetic eyes.)

Magda: Don't worry Jin, we'll get him.

(Magda show's up for the date at anchorside and Capt. is her backup. They both thought that it was 2 painful to have Jinny there for backup. Magda walks in and finds Joe.)

Magda: Hi Joe.

Joe: Hey sexy. Glad ur here.

(after a little chit chat, Capt. burst through the front door w/ her gun pulled just in case he tried something.)

Capt: Freeze, your under arrest.

Joe: (jumps up out of his seat.) For what???

Capt: For rape.

(Magda calls Jinny)

(Goes to open the door)

Capt: She's not here. Call for backup, we need to look around the apartment and outside and in the halls and ask neighbors for n e possible clues.

(Jinny got up and put on her clothes, she had already started to get her bruises and she had scratches everywhere. She felt pain everywhere so she decided to walk it off. She walked around around a little bit and came to a stairway going upstairs. She walked up it and noticed it looked like a regular house. It had furniture and curtains and everything. It looked like and older persons house the way it was decorated.Then she noticed pictures. Pictures that looked like Joe when he was little and pictures of him growing up. Jinny relized that it must be his parents house. She reached into the pockets of her ever so famous leather jacket and pulled out her cell phone.

Jinny: Yes!!! I can call Magda.

(Jinny ran back downstairs to the basement just incase Joe came back and called Mag.)

Magda: Hello.

Jinny: Mag it's Jinny.(whispering)

Magda: JINNY!!! Where r u???

Jinny: I don't know, but I know it's Joe's parents house. There's pictures of him eveywhere and it's decorated just like an old persons home.

Magda: Ok, let me look up Joe's last name and I'll find out where his parents live.

Jinny: Ok. (door opens) I gotta go,Joe's back, hurry.

Joe: Jinnnyyy!!! I'm back and I'm in the mood again....

Joe: Now u shouldn't of done that.

(He pulls out his gun and out of shock Jinny hit it out of his hand and they started physically fighting. They were rolling all over the floor and he was trying to rip her clothes off and she was just fighting him off when Magda and Capt. and bake up came bursting through the door.)

Magda: Freeze, your under arrest for rape, physical abuse, kidnap, and attempted murder. Get off of her now.

(cops come over and pull him off her and arrest and take him away.)

Joe: THIS ISN'T OVER JINNY, I'LL BE BACK.

Jinny: (crying and trying not to let her clothes fall off b/c they're so ripped.) Thanks Mag!!!
