Orton looked good, no int's, the Running game was solid, the Defense was strong, this team looks like a contender

Kyle Orton is their QB... I don't like their odds.

I predict a 43-10 rout, with Hester getting his usual TDreturn.

because I just turned to NBC and see that the game is in INDY inside the dome-lol I thought the Bears were playing at HOME in chicago which is why I thought the Colts would lose.

OH well, this game maybe over before halftime.

I really don't think It matters where they play, I'd still go with the Colts either way.

Kyle Orton is nothing like Rex Grossman so throw that out of mind. And slow down on that 43-10 rout, remember this is peyton Manning's first game since January

You would if it was outside the dome in front of the Chicago crowd?

You look like a fool, you changin your pick like a min before gametime lol...I didn't think the bears would beat Indy, home or away, it's realistic talk.

Wow, we all might be eating crow after this one. But it's still in the 3rd quarter and you never count Mr. Manning out this early.

29-13 now, Bears in full control. Now they just need to continue to play good defense and don't do anything stupid.

It's over, the Colts can't do nothin on this Bears defense. The Colts need 3 scores to win, and thats not gonna happen.

Wreckless
09-07-2008, 11:16 PM
Well no, they need 2. 2 TDs would give them 6 points each, which would make it 29-25. But you have to go for 2 on each TD, IF you get a TD that is, and that would make it 29-29. But Colts are done this game.

I'm a big Bears fan and would have called it in past years, but there's no way I was expecting this tonight.

Beware of Kyle Orton. lol. Remember he won 10 games for them in 2005 with the lowest QB rating that season for the minimum number of passes.

Some bad results for teams that people thought would be very good - Chargers, Seahawks and Colts. Remember it's only 1 week.

And may I add- Jaguars. Shoot, they even played against the backup, I think Billy Volek lol when Vince Young got hurt today and Jacksonville still lost.

I predicted Carolina would have the worst record in the NFC this season-lol

Wreckless

I think Carolina will be 2nd or 3rd, behind the Saints. They will fight with Tampa Bay who has a good, underrated team.

It wasn't Billy Volek, i don't think he plays for the Titans anymore. Kerry Collins replaced Vince Young, and did a hell of a job. I had Tennessee in that game mainly because they were playing at home.

If he had been their QB in the playoff game, I think they may have won the Super Bowl.

Well let's not get crazy, yes it was a good win but no SB talk after week 1

Wreckless

The AFC will definitely be weaker now with the best player gone for the entire year. Isn't it ironic that Brady was the only guy on the injured list the last 2 years I believe? Yet he started every game in that time span and in his career, up to now lol. Then, they take him off the injury list for one week and he goes back on it, but seriously goes back on it lol. Not just with a whimpy foot injury. Hilarious at that irony.

Nothing wrong with a little support for your team! :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

I still can't believe that ESPN picked the Seahawks and the Colts to go to the Superbowl! I certainly HOPE the Hawks can go all the way (and WIN this time!), but from what I hear, they were awful yesterday! Well, they have a long way to go, so we'll see what happens!
