After yesterday, I think it is very safe to say that the eagles are more than brian westbrook. I don't care if it was the rams, that was an impressive display yesterday. ON to Little D!!!!

Dude read my post carefully, In no way am I making more of this than it is, all I am saying is the team is improved, there is no doubt in my mind. I watch every play of every game multiple times every week, I break down the games play by play like the coaches do & they finally have plugged some huge holes.

Like I have said about 100 times today, It was the rams, I get that... The true test is the next 2 weeks, I want to see just how much they improved. Week 1 means nothing to me anymore. I watched the tape of the game again & now its on to week 2. If they go out & lose 31-13 to dallas next week, what exactly does a 35 pt win over the rams do for me other than give me 3 hrs of pleasure?

I have been going to eagles games for a long time & i left there with a very " special feeling".. I saw a team out there, a full team with talent & not just so so players. Jackson is amazing... I met him at the season ticket holders carnival & i cant begin to tell you how awesome he was. They have that look to them this year... BUT again, week 1 means nothing if we get smoked by the girls in little d monday night

:lol: Most interceptions last year/over the last 2 years? We also have Asante Samuel, Dawkins, Sheldon Brown. Our o line is good when healthy- Runyan, Shawn Andrews.

And MrIggles, good for you, glad you enjoyed the game. I have to agree- from watching the game beginning to end they looked like a complete team- I'm not trying to gloat because it is Week 1 like you said and the Rams of all teams lol but we looked great on all 3 sides of the ball..Offense was dominant, the defense was a force to be reckon with, and special teams looked much improved, especially with Jackson back their catchin balls...We'll see.

And just because Dallas has more superstar players, doesn't mean they're going to win it all. Look at the Yankees for example. Since their last WS, they've had great offensive teams, but not teams that can pull it together like the Red or White Sox have. Jeter, Giambi, A-Rod, Mussina, Matsui etc. Just an example, sometimes having the superstars won't cut it. Look at the Pats- 18-1 is the only time 1 loss doesn't mean **** lol..
