Each week whether it's a CBS doubleheader Day or Fox Doubleheader Day?

Tomorrow for week 1 it's a CBS Doubleheader day

I need to know because sometimes I have the option of not watching a Eagles Game like tomorrow when the Eagles play the Rams on Fox at 1pm, I have the option to watch the Texans/Steelers game on CBS at 1pm. So just want to know for the rest of the season what sundays i get to watch 3 games and what sundays I get to watch 2 games.
