ok so the title makes like no sense but i thought i needed a title and ya tht poped into my head, heres a small beginning cuz i should get off soon AND i think it may be different from the preview...ya it is~


::Scene goes to a not so nice area of San Fransisco where there is a teen playing basketball and other teens and childrens around::

The girl who playing basketball was Jamie DeLorenzo ,15, who was a small girl only about 5'1. Her brown hair was roughly tied back in a pony tail. She was wearing flashly red adidas nylon button down pants. For a top she wore a beater over a white sports bra. Her shoes were well worn old school nikes navy with one white nike swoosh on it. Overall she looked like a very modern version of Jo Polniaczek from the popular 80's sitcom.

One of the older teens wasnt falling for so he said,"10 bucks says you cant slam dunk it"

She replied to him with,"You know you are wasting 10$ right?"

He looked back at her and simply stated,"Can walk the walk as well as you talk the talk?"

Jamie got the ball and took it to mid court and dribbed intensely towards the basketball hoop. Once she got close enough with all her stregth she jumped and somehow dispite her height she made it. She walked over to the boy who towered above her and said, "pay up buddy"

"Ahhh sh*T" he stammered out

"Hey buddy watch the language there are youths around," Jamie replied

Jamie went back to the center of the court and said "any more suckers want to waste there money?"

She was not facing the group of people so she was not sure who said it but the voice who said,"a slam dunk" sounded so familiar, yet she had no idea why but she causlly shurgged it off and said, "You know you wasting your money cuz i just did this and got it in as buddy boy over here found out"

The voice replied, "I like to flirt with danger"

Jamie just mummbled a whatever and did her thing and as she hung on the rim for a second she shoutout,"Cops!"

Jamie hung onto the rim in shook for a moment or two, not knowing what to do. Then it came to her, cops+her=run as fast you can.. she hopped down of the basketball rim and started to sprint as fast as she could in the oppisite direction as the cops. She ran to the metel fence and quickly scrambbled over it. She looked to behind to see where the cops were and they were right on her trail. She wondered why the heck were just on my trail?! She ran into the nearest alley hopping to have lost them and never looking back. Just as she was half way over the next wall/fence she felt someone tugging at her beater and she came tumbling down onto the ground. When she looked up to find Inspectors Magda Ramerize and Jinny Exstead standing over her, not pleased.

"Hello Inspectors, isnt a nice day for a brisk sprint?" Jamie said hoping to lighten the mood.

Jinny gave a nasty look and said, "Get up, come on we are going back to the division"

Jamie reluctently got up and walked with the inspectors to the car. She knew that this visit to the division was not going to be any picnic. First of all she was going to have to see CD-her older sister who barely acknowledge her exsitence. Then she would have to see Captain who would go on about how she has changed since she was younger and how she was not prefect like CD. Then to make matters even worse she was already on probation for under age drinking.

They finally arrived to the station and Magda said, "Jamie we are here."

Jamie did not say anything all did was follow Jinny and Magda into the division. Once inside she walked in she was to wait outside Captain McCaffertys office for a little bit.

Angela and CD walked into the office and Angela was in mid sentence when CD cut her off and said,"What the f*** is she doing here?" looking over in Jamies direction.

Angela was dumbfounded for the sudden outburst on CD's part and said,"Maybe she got in trouble, and what was with the sudden outburst?" CD looked at Angela for a minuet and said,"Thats my sister..." Angela looked at CD and gave her an "o, i am sorry I even asked looked and went back to her desk"

CD walked over to Jamie and said,"Jamie what the hell are you doing here?" Jamie looked back at her older sister and said,"uhhhh..."

sorry i havent added more for a couple days, ive been a little bit busier lately with summer coming to an end*screams on tops of lungs NOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!*

Jamie was speechs, she knew her sister already had a bug up her ass for and that she was on probation and that she could hold this against her forever.

CD looked at her younger sister and not giving her any pity said, "Well what did you do this time"

Jamie looked at CD in "shock" and said,"What makes you think that I did something?"

CD still stared at her sister in disbeliefe and said,"Well i know you and you are my sister and your always causing trouble"

Jamie looked at CD and really blantenly said,"Since when am I your sister?"

"Since always" was CD's response, not like she was much of a sister though

Jamie was already mad, and continue to argue with CD,"CD you how can you say your my sister, if I barely see 2 times a year? If you were really my sister you would be helping out me and dad"

CD was astonished; everything her sister said to her was true, she had might as well not be related since she barely acknowleged their exsitence. CD did not know really what to say except for,"Its not like you are really trying to make an effort, you consider it a visit whenever you have to come to the station when you are in trouble and I will ask you once more what were you doing?"

For once Jamie was so greatfully that Captain McCafferty had to break up this little "get together" with CD when she called them both into her office with Magda and Jinny who were already in there.

Captain Kate McCafferty sat in her chair and opened Jamies folder about the crimes that she had comitted and what not. Captain cleared her thoart and began to talk,"The way I see it is given Jamie's past run ins with the law she has two choices, she can go to a correctional facility/Juevinal Hall or she can be taken out of her fathers custody and placed under the care of a law enforcement officer which in this case would be CD and more time added on her probation..."

*Jamie was thinking- o **** just my luck, CD is gonna have me live with her and shes gonna kill me*

*CD thinking- how am i gonna survive this, she hates me, but i am her sister and i have some making up to do*

*Jinny thinking- man i feel bad for Jamie to live with CD, i wouldnt be able to stand it,well least its not Angela*

*Magda thinking- Jinny shut up, i know what your thinking, thats mean*

CD finally spoke up and said,"It seems that the better option of the two would have her move in with me under my care......"

U did not just stop, right??? i mean stopping is bad!

Then as Jamie was about to get out something CD shot her a look like better watch what you say and she just said, "Nope Captain i think that this arrangement will be fine"

Captain slid her glances back on and said,"That is good to here and all of you may be leave.."

Once they were all out of the office Magda and Jinny went back to their desks and CD and Jamie got back to CD's desk and CD says, "Stay here and dont touch anything, I will be back in a minuet.." and Jamie just nodded her head in agreement

Over at Magda and Jinnys desk and Magda ask Jinny, "Hey what about coming over tonight and catching a movie with me and Ben-hes been asking for you lately.." Jinny looked back and grinned at Magda because of Ben wanting to see her but she declined nicely because at 7:00 she had a meeting with a counslar which was a big step for her.

Just then Theodore Blumenthal came in and walked by Jinny and Magda and said, "Hey Jinny and Magda." Both Jinny and Magda said hello and went back to there work but Jinny couldnt help but smile and Magda had noticed it and mentioned it.

"You arent over Theodore are you? I have seen the way you looked at him, but you should really talk to him because the mistake you made in the past is in the past and you are getting help and i am sure hes an understanding guy, he wants you just as much as you want him" Jinny just grinned back and laughed a little, "Ya uhuh whatever you say Mag.."

Back at CD desk where Angela comes over to talk to Jamie..
