That for me would be Open House. It was a horrible spin off from an equally horrible show called Duets.

I remember "Open House" because Ellen DeGeneres was on that show. She played the 'man-crazy' receptionist, lol.

That one is DEFINITELY right up there. I remember BOTH of those shows sucking substantially.

How about AfterMASH and Walter? (M*A*S*H* spinoffs)

Joanie Loves Chachi? (Happy Days spinoff)

Fish? (Barney Miller spinoff)

FLO from Alice

Everything about this show was horrible, the theme song, the cast and the storylines

and it was so bad that Fox actually had a spinoff of it called Vinnie & Bobby. I never got a chance to see that one but I bet that was even worst.

I believe it was a "revamping" of the same show, set in a new location
(And without the trashy teenage girl that was the only reason anyone ever watched the first version ;) )

I concur with the Plaidman...
We are on the same wavelength. I was thinking
of both ENOS and SANFORD ARMS as well.

JOANIE LOVES CHACHI would probably place third...

Actually W*A*L*T*E*R*was just a pilot.....it never made to series, but CBS did air it.

Joanie Loves Chachi??? I know you can't be talking about the Highest Rated New Show in Television History-lol

^ Probably the main reason Joanie Loves Chachi got off to such a great start ratings-wise is that its main competition was reruns. That, and its timeslot immediately followed Happy Days.

I only saw it once, but that was more than enough!
It was about a widower and his son, played by a pre-"FRIENDS" Matt LeBlanc, but that's all I remember. The characters were first featured on an episode of "MWC". Fox scheduled it on Sunday nights, right after "MWC".

LOL, I think was their way of retooling the already failed show. If I recall correctly, it was retooled and renamed in the middle of the short season.

You did ask for the ONE show, right? Not the FIVE. Just making sure, because I only have one and it is.....
Checking In starring Marla Gibbs as Florence. Thankfully, the gang at The Jeffersons kept her old job waiting for her.
I have others, but I believe you just asked for ONE and my others have been used by others.

I actually enjoyed both of those shows, "Duet" moreso than "Open House". Alison LaPlaca, who was in both shows, is a great comedic actress.
