Anyone remember the episode where this gelatinous blob substance was raining down on people and making them sick?

Just saw this episode and it had me thinking as to whether it was a "bio weapons" experiment by the Navy.

I believe the technical term that Robert Stack used was, "gelatinous goo." :)

I can't remember where exactly it occurred other than it was somewhere in the Pacific Northwest of the U.S.
