View Full Version : Anyone been to the Johnny Gosch site lately?

I think he has been mentioned more than once on this site. I've been reading up on him, and when I went to his mother's site this morning, I saw pictures that surprised me:

http://www.johnnygosch.com/

Now maybe this has been mentioned elsewhere (I searched but I couldn't find any reference on these forums) but those composites are the ones from the Michaela Garecht case. Johnny's mother makes no mention of this. I cannot find a connection between the two abductions.

Before I make further comment, can someone fill me in? Did I miss something?

Granted, I haven't reallly been following the Johnny Gosch case, but I'm kind of shocked! She does mention that this guy was a suspect in other kidnappings, but doesn't mention the Garecht case.

I also should warn others that the link you gave is not safe for work. That is, unless you want to explain to your boss why you were looking at a website w/photos of children who are bound and gagged.

I don't want to ruffle anyones feathers here as I'm sure some people may have strong opinions about this but here goes:

I wouldn't trust anything that Johnny Gosch's mother puts up on that site. She appears to me to be nearly delusional and unable to accept the fact that her son is most likely deceased.
Her own ex-husband stated that many of the claims she made were very much false (such as an older Johnny showing up on her doorstep).
Nearly every lead she has followed has turned out to either no fruition or to have been egged on by somebody feeding her disinformation. Even after the facts have been clearly shown she still persists. She has lost in my opinion all objectivity.

At one point she posts what she claims are very disturbing pictures of a young boy tied up on a table surrounded by men. The photos are very clearly from some foreign television station as the station's own watermark is very clearly marked and the production value is of that of a major production. yet she seems to think the boy was drugged and demands to know who these men are and who the boy is and what are they doing to him.

I sympathize with her and don't know how I would handle things if i were in here situation but really things are getting out of hand with her wild theories.

Agreement, Joshypiano, with all you said. Also, the pictures of the bound and gagged boy she INSISTS is her son bear only a very slight resemblance to the unquestioned portrait of Johnny.

She comes across as somebody with deep psychological problems, I said some time back how she was killing any credibility she may have had left with the kid on the table film, as I said then & as you point out it is obviously a commerical film recorded off a tv station & one of the actors looks like Gerard Depardieu to me.

I think the pictures were identified by a policeman as something he investigated around 1979/1980, it was kids messing around tying each other up. He gave them a warning & that was the end of it- of course she took it as him covering up along with the police, government etc.

Also how does she know about any stun gun? He went missing but nobody saw him being abducted to my knowledge. I guess somebody has fed her this, like they do the photos etc knowing she will swallow it hook, line & sink.

Was it Johnny or another newspaper carrier about the same time who actually broke free, said his name to two women on the street, then was recaptured before they could do anything? I don't recall a stun gun being used on him; just that a couple of guys physically subdued the boy.

Not only does the bound boy in the pictures bear little resemblance to Johnny (and how could a mother make such a mistake unless she was delusional, or covering up something herself? --Hmmm, wonder if the Ramseys would have tried this had they managed to smuggle JonBenét's body out of the house?--) but she says the boys have soiled pants from signs of physical abuse. Everyone's clothing in all the pictures looks clean with only normal signs of wear.

yes and she claims to point out some sort of brand on one of the arms. Its even circled. I don't see anything at all. it just looks like a discoloration or shadow.

Johnny definately did not break free. From what I remember the only witness to anything that happened was a friend of his who was a paper boy too. At the site where they picked up their papers he stated he saw a stocky man with a moustache driving around in a car asking directions of the kids. This other kid said that Johnny told him the man made him uncomfortable and was going to go home. This other kid then saw another man following johnny really closely behind as they went around the corner. Thats the last he was seen. His dad found Johnny's wagon with newspapers in it only a few blocks from home.

Wild allegations have seen print.

Is this really how the CIA selects its employees? By kidnapping and brainwashing young boys and training the survivors as elite operatives? Is the CIA really such a bad job, this is the only way they can get agents?

If you search Johnny Gosch on that magical website that shall remain nameless that one puts videos on....(ahem)...you find some bizarre things. Lots of interviews with Noreen Gosch. Also there a weird video of a guy walking around Omaha with his video camera narrating about stuff, but in a way that you can't acctually tell what it has to do with anything.

Par example: He walks up to a restaurant and peers inside with the camera and says to Noreen that this is where he saw the three Italian guys that he never liked. And then goes on to say "wait till you see this a block away", and then just shows some building that he says Noreen has never heard of.

Its weird. I think she has a lot of weird people backing her up with strange info.

I haven't read any of the material about the Franklin coverup and anything outlined in the book. If the people that are so voraciously defending it were more credible and didn't seem like ethetic wackos I probably would give it a chance.

They don't have to kidnap and brainwash me, I'll take a job at the CIA in a heartbeat. Even if it's a job in the mailroom or something. The awesomeness that would come from working for the CIA would be awesome.

as someone who grew up in Iowa, this just creeps me out. I remember when one of the parents came to our school to talk about the story. I don't remembmer if it was here, or the mother of another paperboy who was kidnapped (Eugene something??)
Funny how looking at this evokes feelings of somone is watching over my shoulder...
