Could be. On the show when Laura and Maxine were fighting and Waldo brought Maxine over to try and get them to make up Waldo said how long have you two been friends and they said since the third grade.

Hate when shows add a new character and they are supposed to be best friends since they were little with someone already on the show for a long while.

Same with Saved by the Bell, Zack and Jesse were supposed to have been best friends since kindergarten and live next door to each other all them years.

I wanted to see the how much of a gap was from her being on Punky Brewster to Family Matters. Not much of one at all. I didn't think there was.

Yup, it was Penny. I know she appeared in the dance ep, the one where Laura has the babysitting service, and when Eddie threw the party.

Yeah, I think she only was in a few episodes.
