I just reread the story June 14, 1988. It is a wonderful story. It made me think that may be a story with those characters would be interesting. May be one where Ryan Theodore wasn't dead like Jinny thought. John is handling a case and finds Jake and a very much so alive Ryan. When Ryan is brought back to Jinny, everybody sees a new side to her, a responsible sober Jinny. Jinny quite simply flourishes with Ryan's love. There is only one problem Teddy+Ryan=problems. Ryan hates Teddy's guts, he's gone without his mom from the time he was three, now that he has her he doesn't want to share.
