I saw the promo (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HUr_8aSX74Q) for this yesterday and i think it looks hilarious...Does it remind anyone else of Meet the Parents? I'm a sucker for physical comedy so I feel like theres no way i won't like this...

I saw this promo on a link from another thread. I can't stand that movie "Meet The Parents", so I'm pretty sure I won't be tuning in for this one.

From the promo, though, I almost get the impression that the show should be called "Meet the Parents: The TV Show" and not Worst Week.

If you ever watch CBS, that's probably the promo they play the most out of all their new shows!!! That and that Gary, Unmarried show!!!

Yeah, CBS is promoting the hell out of both shows. I do plan on tuning in, though - I always like to make an effort of tuning into the new sitcom pilots of the season. My only exception this season would be Do Not Disturb. I don't want anything to do with that show.

Andreai hated meet the parents too it was one joke over and over for 2 hours but i might wacth worst week because i do like kurtwood smith

Yeah Kurtwood Smith is absolutely hilarious and it looks like he'll be very similar to Red in this, very sarcastic and grumpy..which no one plays better than him

And yeah the premise of this is very similar to Meet the Parents but i'm not worried about it being "one joke over and over" because i read somewhere each episode is supposed to be a week.. So the situations will be way more varied than Meet the Parents...
