This is my first Fan Fic. Please tell me what you think, try not to be too critical. Give me some ideas and pointers if you like cause they would be greatly appreciated.

Jinny,Magda,CD,andAngela come in

All: Hey Kate

Kate: Hi. Lots of cases today
Jinny Magda go to 155 Street in San Francisco. A man shot his wife. happened about 25 min. ago.
**Kate gives the others thier cases**
Jinny sits down at her desk and so does Magda as Kate Gives them some files on the case.

Jinny: I have a splitting headache

Magda: What from?

J: Must you ask?

M: Yes. What from.

J: must have had too much to drink.

M: **moaned** Thought so

J: What

M: Nottin

Kate : Okay okay. Jinny are you going to be able to do the case?

J: Yeah. I will be alright.

K. then you two go down like i said to 155 street in San Fran.

**Kate goes to her office and and Jinny and Magda exit**

**Jinny and Magda enter the crime scene and are talking in the car**

M:Are you sure you are okay? Maybe i should take you home.

J: Well my headache has gotten worse and...
**Jinny opens the door and throws up**

M: Here get out of the seat and i will drive you home.
**being the independent person jinny is she says this**

J: No i will drive.

M: Oh no you wont. Get out of the seat Jinny.
**they switch seats**

**While driving home this happens**
M: How are you feeling?

J: Well i think i will be okay, but just leave me alone okay.

M: Fine Fine.

J:Mag STOP STOP
**AFTER Magda stops Jinny throws up again.**

**they arive at Jinnys house**
**Jinny plops right onto the bed**

M: Is there anything i can do.

J: Yeah call Teddy

M: okay

**Magda leaves as Teddy arrives**

Teddy: Hey Jin how ya doin.

J: How does it look like?

T: Anything i can get you?

J: No.

T: What happened any way?

J: Must you know

T: Yes, I must.

J: Fine. I had a little too much to drink last night.

T: Jin we talked about this before you have got to cut down on the drinks.

J: Look this is none of your business!

T: yes it is. I love you and i donot want to see you do this to yourself.

J: I know. I am sorry for yelling at you.
Everybody is so concerned about me and my drinking it just totally agrivates me sometimes.

T: Lets just lay here and rest. Okay.

**As Jinny and Teddy take a nap it is interrupted**

**the phone rings**
**Jinny stumbles to get it**
J: Hello

Kate: Magda told me what happened.


What do you think guys? let me know if i should finish.

Yes, yes! continue, continue!

J:That figures.

K:Are you feeling better?

J:Not much. How is Magda doing with the case? Does she need me to come and help?

K:No, no. She is diong fine with it. You stay and rest. But listen, I do not want this to happen again. This is not the first time you know.

J: Look i now, but this is my business. Just keep out of it!!

K:I will not keep out of it! You need to keep this under control. It is not good for you, and on top of that it is interfering with your work. So dont let it happen again.

J:I will get it under control, but let me do it in my own way.

K:Listen, i should not have come down on you so hard. Anyway, hope you get to feeling better and call if you need anything.

J:Okay but Teddy is here so i will be okay.

K:Bye

J:Bye
**They hang up**

Teddy:Who was that?

J:Kate.

T:Feeling better.

J:Yeah. I think i want to get something to eat.

T:You want me to fix you something?

J:No, I do not have a single thing!

T:Feel good enough to run out.

J:Yeah, think so.
**get their cots and leave**

**Something unexpected happened on the way Jinny passes out**

T:Jin,Jin are you okay??
**No answer**
**Teddy goes to the hospital**
Teddy on the Phone
T:Magda, Jinny is at the hospital.

M: What? What happened?

T:She passed out.

M:Oh my God!!

T:Could you come down here?

M: Yeah. CD,Angela, and Kate are here they will be there too as soon as possible.

**Everybody is in the waiting room**

Teddy is pacing

M:Calm down. She is going to be fine.

T: But how do....

**DR.enters**

Dr.:Anybody here for Ms.Exstead.

**everybody yells**

All:YES!

Dr.:I think she will be all right. Although she did consume a LOT of alchahol(SP). I will be keeping her in here over night just to be sure.

Magda: Can we see her.

Dr.:Sure, but only 4 at a time.

Magda and Teddy:We will go first.

CD and Angela: Us too.

**they enter her room**

Got to get off of her. Finish later. Let me know how it is so far.

Teddy:I am glad you are felling better.

CD:Yeah. Do you feel up you visitors?

Angela:If yu dont we will leave.

J:Oh no. You all can stay.

T:Could i be alone with Jinny?

Magda:Sure

Angela:We understand.

Magda:By Jin.

CD:Bye

Angela:Bye Jinny.

Jinny:Bye guys.

**They leave, except Teddy**
**Teddy sits on the bed beside Jinny**

J:Is there some thing wrong?

T:Jinny,I am still worried about you.

J:Look... **Teddy interrupts**

T:I know i know, but you have got to stop this drinking. I thought i had lost you today. **Gets choked up** I love you and I do not know what i would do without you.

J:I know. I promise this will be the last time.
Are you giong to stay with me tonight?

J:Well... Well Yeah. I do.

T:Then i will. Do you want anything.

J:No, i am fine.

T:Why dont we go to sleep. We have had a long day and it is 10:30PM.
**Kate walks in**

K:Can i talk to you alone Jinny?

T:Yeah i will leave.

J:What is it Kate?

K:I know you do not want me butting in your life, but it is my place to.

J:No it is not!

K:Well, maybe it isnt but still i dont want to see anything happen to you.
Look anyway i will leave so yu can get some rest. Bye.

J:Bye Kate. And **pause** thanks.

K:Sure.
**Kate leaves and tells Teddy he can come back in**

**Jinny and Teddy lay down.

T:I love you Jinny.

J:I love you too.
**Teddy cuddles her up into his arms**
**He kisses her on the check**

My mom needs to use the computer so i gotta get off. Finish later. Bye.

Jinny and her drinking habit: Continued

**In the hospital room**
**The next morning**

J:Teddy... Teddy wake up.

T:Yeah yeah. I am awake.

J:Okay, um the doctor came in when you were still asleep.

**Teddy interrupts**

T:Why didnt you wake me.

J:I wanted to let you sleep. Anyway he said if this happened again i could die, but this time i will be fine. The doctor said i could leave when i got ready.

T:Okay, i will pack your stuff while you clean up.

**Teddy reaches over and kisses her**

T:I love you Jinny and you dont know how glad i am that you are okay.

J:I love you too.

**They go to get something to eat**
**While there they see Magda**

Magda:Hey Jin. Already out? You must be feeling better huh?

J:Yeah, I am feeling better.

M:I am glad.

J:I think i will be back at work tommorrow.

M:Are you sure? I think the captain is actually going to be compassionate and let you take as long as you need.

J: Yeah well i will be fine.

**CD, Angela, and Kate show up there too**

**Jinny tells them she is fine and will be back at work tomorrow. then they all hug**
