Is anyone here a fan of these two? I saw them perform last winter in some skating competiton on TV and OMG, I just fell in love with them. Actually I guess they are considered Ice "dancers" instead of ice skaters, but it was the most romantic thing I had ever seen :eyes: . They did this gorgeous routine to the theme music from the movie "Umbrellas of Cherbourg". I actually rented the movie last summer and hated it with a purple passion, but oh well...

They are Canadian and I have to admit that if they were competing against Americans I would pick Tessa and Scott! I don't think they are an "item",but it really looked like they were in love!

So, enough of my sappiness for now. I cannot wait until the 2010 Olympics in Vancouver (yea!) and I really hope they will be performing there and win gold!

Oh, here's their website, with a link to their past performances!

Awww! What a bummer, no one likes them!:( I just found out today that on the 23-25th, the Skate America series will be at the Everett Washington Events Center. I was really excited until I saw that Tessa and Scott won't be there. But then again, it is "Skate America" and those two are Canadian! :bonk:

I did see where there is going to be a Canadian Skating thing in Vancouver in Feburary of 2009, and I'm pretty sure they will be there! I am dying to see these two perform live! In the meantime, I have to settle for Youtube, I guess!

Oh, by the way... apparently, that official website I posted isn't being updated any longer.

Here are some pictures of my favorite skaters!

Bumping up this thread to see if there are any fans of them on this board. I haven't seen them much lately and honestly I don't care about their private lives (I have seen a lot of interviews with them and so forth). I just love watching them skate. The first time I saw them, I though the routine was so beautiful, I cried.

I've started watching Youtube a lot again and I'm reminded of all of Tessa and Scott's wonderful performances. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2LH3JCGkEBU
