Oh really? Damm I thought they just started this. Pathetic. Atleast show NEW movies since Movie Night is only once a week.

It's the summer, it'll kick back in in the fall with movies like Police Academy and Lethal Weapon.

I'm having trouble understanding what that means. So since it's summer they show the same movies? They can put a sitcom in that spot instead

They buy a certain package of movies and they are going to get their money's worth by showing them as much as they can for the time they have them.

Exactly. You think they are going to buy 52 movies for each week of the year??? That would be very expensive for a network whose focus is on television and not movies.

Well they should spread out the repeating, especially since National's Lampoon's European Vacation was shown not long ago.

Vacation movies make sense in the summer, don't they? In the next week or so they are showing the movie Back to School, in time for the return of school.

I don't understand why didn't they repeat BOTH lampoons vacation movies and just the european one

You're contradicting yourself again then. Why would they show the other one again when they repeated that a lot in May and June (and maybe even July)? Check the facts before you post, lol. The window for that movie is probably done with.

They have made it clear they are no longer considered a classic TV network and continue to get rid of the ones that remain when the contracts are up. I no longer waste my time with them. I removed the channel so we don't even see it any longer.

Eh, this is nothing really surprising. Viacom is notorious for running their stuff into the ground.
