No clue, but it isn't likely. Especially after the Bigfoot story was shown to be false, not that that really has anything to do with this, but I'm skeptical.

Jeez what a bunch of hillbilly rednecks, looks like a coyote even if it is a slight mutation, but you get that in most species. CNN must really be hard up for news if they are devoting time to this. Chupacabra sightings describe it as something not of this world.

It's some kind of canine creature with possibly a condition such as mange.
