Jinny comes in from a long day at work to see a tired Teddy on the couch.
Jinny: Hey Teddy *she says as she walks over to him *
Teddy looks up : Oh Hi, I didn’t hear you come in
Jinny sits down beside him: So how was your day
Teddy: tiring, you?
Jinny: well I had a wacky case on some guy named Jake Conner and lets just say it didn’t go as great as we thought it would
Teddy: why?
Jinny: we found him dead in a near trash can.
Teddy: what a shame
Jinny: well the poor guy was crazy he probably did it himself.
Teddy shakes his head
Jinny: so what did you do today?
Teddy: I had to represent a….friend at court
Jinny gives him one of those ‘what kind of friend’ looks
Teddy notices that look and responds to it as if she said something: Just a friend, that’s all.
Jinny: well did I ever meet this ‘friend’
Teddy: you never give up do you?
Jinny: No I don’t Theodore
Teddy: Its Jenny, my ex.
Jinny: Oh, Jenny huh? and she wanted YOU to be there to represent her?
Teddy: uh, yeah it was nothing
Jinny : yea, whatever.
Teddy: why don’t you believe me Jinny?
Jinny: because…because something like that does not happen. For an ex to represent an ex at a trial. Wasn’t it over between you?
Teddy looks down
Jinny: well was it?
Teddy looks at Jinny and shakes his head no meaning they never actually did break up.

Jinny was gettin' ready. Teddy was already ready and was reading a book.
About a half hour later Jinny comes out. She was wearing the same thing she wore the last time she met his parents.
Teddy looks at Jinny: Ya gonna wear the SAME THING?
Jinny: why is something wrong with it?
Teddy: No, its fine *he sighs*

--they get into the car and arrive at their house--

Jinny: well me and my partner, Magda, had a case on some guy who wound up dead for no reason..

Jinny: and when we try to find the guy who did it, T. Dog, and HE winds up dead too.

Jinny and Teddy are driving along the road when suddenly out from nowhere a car slams right into them!!!
A woman was near by witnessed the whole accident. She called up 911. Within a few minutes paramedics where on the scene. The whole car was bashed in from the passangers side *where Jinny was sitting*.
Theodore was fine, Jinny was not.
Teddy called up Magda and told her everything: Hey Magda, Its Theodore...no not really...Jinny and I have been in a car accident..as you can hear, I'm fine, but Jinnys not....well the car slamed into her side, damaging her right side of her body...she can no longer walk...sure..I will see you in a bit buh-bye.
Magda arrives with Ben.
Magda: Teddy, where is Jinny?
Teddy: I dont know, the doctors didnt come out yet.
Then a doctor comes out with a not so great look on his face
Doc: your with *looks at his notes* Exstead right?
Magda and Teddy nod
Doc: well it seems that when the car hit you, it made the car 'shake' and she bumped her head really hard which leads to brain damage.
Teddy: what kind?
Doc: memory loss, cant walk stuff like that but it seems that she just has memory loss.
Magda: omg
Ben tugs on Magdas shirt: Is Jinny gonna be okay?
Magda: I...guess.
Theodore sits down very slowly in a chair.
Teddy: I dont believe this happened to her..to us. She's not even gonna know who we are anymore.
Ben: she wont?
Magda: look Jinny will be fine, it'll just take time.

Captain: Listen, CD, Angela. I have a case you need to work on.
CD looks up: What is it?
Captain: Its on Jinny

Captain: She was in a car accident and I need you two to go question the woman who witnessed the accident.
CD: omg is she okay?
Captain: She wont be able to work here anymore.
Angela: Oh my gosh...
Kate hands them some files and walks back into her office.

----at the crime scene----
The woman is still there pacing back and forth.
CD flashes her badge: SFPD. Hello, Im inspector DeLorenzo and shes inspector Reide. We need to know as much as we can about the accident.
Angela grabs out a notepad and begins to write
CD: First of all, do you have a name?
Woman nods: Yes, Katherine..Katherine Moore
CD: Okay Katherine, what can you tell us?
Katherine: Well my car stalled and I got out to call AAA to see if they could boost me up again. Then all of a sudden this speeding car came out of nowhere!
CD: About how many miles do you think the driver was going?
Katherine: over 90..anyways I see another car which had one male and one female come at a normal pace down the road.
CD: Wait up, a male and female?
Katherine nods: so then the driver of the speeding car literally crashes into them!! It looked like it was on purpose.
Angela: did you see the driver of the speeding car?
Katherine: Yes, it was a white female with blonde hair.Very thin girl. After about 3 times she bumped into them, she left.
CD:Okay thank you very much
CD pulls Angela aside: do you think?
Angela: I dont know? What if it was Jenny, Teddys ex?

Jenny was pacing back and forth saying to herself 'What am I gonna do?' She then decided to go over there.
CD & Angela see her come in
Jenny: Okay Im here..You know this is a big mistake
CD: We'll see about that.Come on *she leads her into the questioning room*
CD: Okay, where were you yesterday at about 10:15?
Jenny: I was going home from a party I had just attended.
CD: Was Theodore or Jinny there?
Jenny: BOTH of them were there.
CD: I see.
Jenny just can't help it anymore: Listen, It was after the party. Teddy had just broken up with me. I came back to get my keys to my car. I waited out back until they came out...
CD: So did you want to hit them?
Jenny nods slowly: I JUST HATE THAT JINNY GIRL!
CD: and why is that?
Jenny: she took Teddy away from me!
CD: No she didnt
Jenny: and tell ME why SHE didn't.
CD: Because Theodore was the one sending her the flowers, the one who always made the phone calls it was not Jinny.
Jenny: BUT STILL I HATE HER!!
CD: thats no reason to kill her..You left her in a condition where she cant work anymore.
Jenny: I...did?
CD: Yes you did and that lead to memory loss so she wont....*she gets cut off by Jenny*
Jenny: she wont know who anybody is anymore! Including Theodore!!!
CD: Yeah your right about that...I'm gonna have to take you in
Jenny: why
CD: YOU KNOW WHY NOW MOVE IT!
Jenny gets up and passes Angela and Kate
Kate: Hold it....I think we should let her go visit Jinny and tell her shes sorry before Jinny maybe dies.
Jenny sighs: well at least I dont have to be in that cell for another 30 minutes.
In Jennys mind she kept saying to herself If Jinny dont remember anything, I can trick her into saying Teddy is her co-worker or something but deffenitly not her boyfriend,

She walks in to see Theodore and Magda there.
Teddy: don't come near me. *he said as he walks backwards to get away from her*
Jenny: and why is that?
Magda: because we know you did this all.
Jenny: and who are you?
Magda: Inspector Ramiraz SFPD
Jenny: and what are you doing here? Protecting Mr. Blumenthal here?
Magda: No, I'm Jinny's friend
Jenny: Oh..Never knew that girl had any friends..I dont know HOW she could..
Magda: Oh really.. with that attitude of yours, I dont know how you could have any friends.
Then the doctor comes out: If anybody wants to go see Ms. Exstead you may. But please remember one at a time.
Magda: who wants to go first?
Jenny: I have to cause I got to go back at the station because well believe it or not I really am the one who did this *she walks into Jinnys room*
Magda: theres something strange about that girl...

--In Jinnys Room---
Jenny: hey so Jinny how are you?
Jinny: who are you?
Jenny: Oh I am Jenny Theodore Blumenthals GIRLFRIEND
Jinny: Oh Hi Jenny Theodore Blumenthals GIRLFREIND.
Jenny: just call me Jenny
Jinny nods: so Jenny, who is Theodore Blumenthal?
Jenny: Oh, he is your co-worker. The DA.. but he cant be your co-worker anymore because you cant go back to work..
Jinny: I know because I can't walk anymore.
Then the doctor comes in: We have just been paged from the SFPD that Jenny___ has to go back.
Jinny: awwww we were talking
Doctor: Sorry she has to leave.
Jenny: Nice talking to you *she goes out of the room with an evil grin on her face*
Teddy: Mag, Is it okay if I...
Magda nods: yeah sure, go ahead
Theodore goes into Jinnys room
Teddy: Hey Jin, its me Teddy.
Jinny: I have heard a little about you. That girl Jenny said that your her boyfriend
Teddy: she's got that all wrong
Jinny: what do you mean?
Teddy: Shes not my girlfriend, you are.
Jinny: how can that be she said
Teddy: she was also the one who put you in this condition and I'm gonna find a way to get her back.
Jinny: you cant, shes at the SFPD.
Teddy: Magda's right, Jenny has something really strange about her.. I mean she confessed she did this..Nobody has ever done that before.
Jinny: so who's that girl standing out there?
Teddy laughs: Oh, thats Magda your friend.
Jinny nods: Oh...
Teddy shakes his head: I will be back later..Bye *he walks out of the room*
Magda: how did it go?
Teddy: Jenny tricked her and now she thinks im Jenny's boyfriend..This has gone all wrong

Magda: It's like she turned into an evil witch or something
Teddy: I have a feeling that I broke it the wrong way to her. Maybe if I made it look that we were over I.....Man I feel like this is all my fault
Magda: No Theodore, its not your fault.
Teddy: Look Magda, your Jinnys best friend, if I tell you something would you keep it a secret?
Magda: Yes of course
Teddy: well when me and Jenny were going together. I have noticed Jenni would get these mood swinging, rages, or whatever and she would get like this. Knifes, anything she could get her hands on, she would wanna hurt somebody with that..She belongs in a mental institute or something..
Magda: my gosh Theodore, why did you always keep this a secret?
Teddy: because it was always between me and Jenny, I had nobody else to care about then when I met Jinny it was all focus on her and Jenni went away and then....

I am going to finish this thing once and for all


After a few days of hospitalization, Jinny went back home in a wheelchair. She was never able to work again. As for Jenny, she was found guitly and put in jail.
Theodore and Jinny have remained together and hopefully will always remain forever in our hearts.

Jinny: Ya know what? THIS IS WHO I AM, THIS IS MY FAMILY!!!! Come on, it's your turn. You go ahead, flash that all-American, prep school, choir boy smile and you tell me that it doesn't matter.
