This is a cool idea - I think they really hit it on the head with their choices - I would consider every one of those memorable moments. I had to go with Murphy Brown, though :D

Yes, great choices, but they really needed the moment from Three's Company when Jack and Roper are "in bed" or Jack's dance from "Up in the Air."

Yeah, I'm surprised Three's Company didn't make it on the list. It's by far one of the funniest shows every made, and one of the popular of all time. Looking back at the list, South Park didn't deserve to be up there. Laugh-In, American Idol, and Mork & Mindy really don't, either. Jack's dance in "Up in the Air," was a great moment. Either that, or the "Grandma Tripper" scene was a great one as well. The pie-throwing scene from "The Bake Off" was also great - there's so many memorable TC scenes I guess it was hard to pick just one!

I'll bet that I Love Lucy will be #1 - it's such a classic scene that everyone knows it, which is the reason I opted to vote for Murphy.

I understand your reasoning. I do the exact same thing when voting for the NBA All-Star game. I realize that Yao Ming and Kobe will get votes so I vote for players that are on the bubble, so to speak, to give them a better chance even if other players technically deserve it more.

Interesting choices! And I could not believe that Seinfeld made the list! I'm sure the winner will be "I Love Lucy", though. That candy factory is a classic scene!

For comedy, I just had to vote for Gilda Radner. What a girl!!! For drama, I went with Little House, bad enough when you are born blind but being able to see and not have that sense??? Bummer.
