(Kate,Casey, Mr. Exstead, and C.D all return to the hospital)
Kate: Teddy?
Teddy: Yeah, i came home from Chicogo as soon as i heard...i am not her match(he looked down). What did John say?
C.D: He said...no, he doesn't care.
Magda: No, deep down he does! Let me go talk to him.
Angela: You sure?
Magda: Yes, i owe this to her..she would do the same for me!

(At the jail)
Magda: Hello John!
John: Oh..if it isn't Jinny's best friend here to rescue her.
Magda: Do you really want to let Jinny die? Even when you had a chance to save her? do you want to live with that?
John: You know...she wouldn't do the same for me.
Magda: Oh, come on John! You know she would!!! She loves you! Please, she needs you...your her older brother!!
John: NO!
Magda: But...(John cuts her off)
John: I said NO!
Magda: Fine...i'll tell Jinny you said goodbye...(she starts to walk away) forever!
(John, looks down as a tear stains the dusty floor.)

(Back at the hospital, Magda walks in)
Casey: So...?
Magda: He said no! I'm sorry!
C.D: Magda, don't be...we know you tried you best!
Magda: If i had gotten there sooner...
Angela: No, it isn't you!
(The doctor walks in with a conserned look on his face)
Doctor: So, where is John...Jinny doesn't have much time left...
Kate: He isn't coming!
Doctor: Well...what do you want me to do? Unplug her and let her die peacfully or let you all talk to her for the last hours she has left.
Mr. Exstead: I want her to stay with us as long as possible!
Doctor: She is awake! Who wants to see her first!
(Just then Magda's cell phone rings)
Magda: Hello?
John: Hi, this is my only call!
Magda: Fine what do you want?
John: I want to give Jinny my kiddney!
Magda: Yeah, right! You just want to get out of jail and then run for it, not save your younger sister!
John: No, really, i owe her this.
Magda: Fine, she has 3 hours. Get a cop to drive you here now...you have my consent!
(Magda hangs up the phone)
Kate: Who was that?
Magda: John...he said that he will give Jin one of his kiddneys!
Angela: That's great!
Magda: Well...lets see if he gets here?
(Kates phone rings)
Kate: Hello?
Officer: Hey, um...John was taken out of jail and he ran...we tried to catch him, but couldn't. We didn't try to shot him...because he is related to a cop of yours!!
Kate: WHAT??? FIND HIM!!!!
(Kate slams the phone on the desk)
Casey: What is it? John?
Kate: Jon is gone!!!
Magda: Then..that means Jinny has no chance....

More More More...now now now!! It is getting so good!!!

(Still at the hospital)
Angela: But...no...this can't be happening!
C.D: Yes it can and it is...
John: Not if i can help it..(He says breathlessly as he runs into the hospital doors)

John: I am here to help Jin...easy! You are almost as fisty as her!
C.D: Doctor! (C.D keeps her eye on John as she calls the doctor)
Doctor: Yes...oh(he says as he puts his hands up)
Kate: It's okay, put your hands down...we have a donor! Get a bed and we will handcuff him down to it!
(The nurse brings a rolling bed out and John jumps into it. C.D handcuffs him on both sides to the bed)
Magda: John...this doesn't mean your out of prison1 And this doesn't make upi for what you did to Jinny! (Magda glared as John winked at her with confedance)

(5 hours later)
(Magda asleep on the Jinnys door and falls back when the Doctor comes out!)
Magda: Ah...(Angela, Kate, and Mr. Exstead wake upas C.D and Casey come back with coffee for everyone)
Magda: Doctor...i am sorry! How did th surgery go?
Doctor: Well...John was a little tough to settle down, but Jinny was calm throught the whole thing! She lay there breathing in the gas not making a peep. She should be fine! She should wake up in a 1/2 hour!
C.D: Thank you Doctor!
Doctor: Glad i could help!

(10 minuetes later)
Magda: I can't take it any more! I am going in there and waking her lazy butt up!!!
Kate: Magda...(Magda was already opening Jinny's door. Jinny was peacfully asleep with a breathing mask on her that gave the room a calm rythem of her breathe)
Magda: Jinny...(she whispered and Jinny didn't move) Jinny...(she poked Jinny)
Jinny: No John!!!! (Jinny screamed waking up)
Magda: No..honey it's just me...calm down (she hugged Jinny tight)
Jinny: Magda! Oh, god, i am so glad to see you and....where's John (her face suddenly filled with anger!)
Magda: He is in the recovery room! He gave you his kiddney to save your life!
Jinny: He also made me almost lose mine! Don't let him off! Same charges!
Magda: But..Jinny ...he could lose his job...even death penlty!!
Jinny: What ever it costs!!!

Should i continue? I didn't get much resonse on the last chapter. but maybe , cuz everyone was busy! Please tell me is you still like it!!!

Magda: Jin...those pain killers are really getting to you! Get some more rest and we will tak about this later. Good night...(she is interupted by a straining sceam)
Jinny: No, i am fine and i want John is jail!
C.D: (Bursts in the door) What is all the yelling about?
Jinny: Magda thinks we should take it easy on John!!!
C.D: Well....Jin her did give you his kiddney! You other one was almost dead from you drinking problem!
Jinny: Don't sart with that...actully can you get my some...
Magda & C.D: NO!!!
Jinny: Okay, Okay! i just think, john should get what he deserves! (silence).. Is Casey here? Is he alright?
Magda: I'll go get him!
Jinny: Thanx!
C.D: Feel better!
Jinny: I would feel a lot better with a get well beer! (groans)
C.D: Nice Jin!
(Casey walks in and C.D walks out)
Jinny: Casey!!! How are you?
Casey: (Runs over to her and burst into tears and hugs her) I thought he killed you!
Jinny: Hey, hey, hey...it's okay! We'll get him back for what he did!
Casey: What...Jinny?
Jinny: We are cops to with guns and a lisence!
Casey: Jin...
Jinny: He deseves it from both of us!!

This is leading into something...so if it sucks i am sorry! let me know so if you don't like it i will try another ff!

Jinny: (thinking) Let him go!
Madga: But..Jin, i thought you...
Jinny: Yeah well...he did save me sorta adn he hs learned his lesson...hopfully!
