I think most of them could act pretty badly on occasion (some more than occasionally) but which, in your opinion, would be the most honourable characters? Whose standard of behaviour would generally be quite good, even if they could act underhandedly now and again?

I would go with:

Woody
Norm
Frasier (despite his mess-ups I think he did have a reasonably firm moral code)
Diane

I don't think Cliff was dishonourable but there were a few instances where I didn't approve of his behaviour. I thought Sam was a nice guy and a loyal friend but his attitude to women (particularly in the later years) brings him down a bit. Rebecca - I like her a lot and find her a really amusing character and I'd probably include her on the list if it wasn't for the golddigging aspect of her character. Carla...honourable? I actually don't think she was that bad, but she was certainly no angel!

I said that Sam, Woody, and Norm are the most honorable characters of the show because they're like the main characters of the show.

Norm was involved in hijinks here and there.

I'll go with the Harry Anderson character - you knew NOT to trust him !!!

He played Harry the hat, a con artist who appeared mostly in season 1.
