For the last year or so, my doctor has prescribed a variety of different medications. Most don't work, so I stop taking them. One medication landed me in the ER last year, as the it made me very sick.

I like this website because it's real people with real experiences. People tell their age, medical condition, how long they took the medication, the side effects and the benefits. This, of course, does not replace a doctor's knowledge; however, I've found that I often have the same side effects that many of the people who post there have. It's a handy site.

Oh, yeah! I love that site! It came in handy this year when I had to decide what BC pill to go on. I read a lot of reviews that helped me make my choice.

One *very* important thing to remember with sites like this in general, but this one in paricular since it deals with health, is that reviews and opinions often are disproportionally negative to the overall experience of something. People who don't have any noticeable side effects, for example, are a lot less likely to comment than those who do.

Still, it's one of several great tools to have out there.

That looks like a handy site!!!!

I wonder if they remove negative comments??? (Or people telling the truth about something they dont want known??)
