1.) Two of the characters, Alice and Vera stayed with Mel for 9 years. Usually there is a lot of turnover in jobs like these.

3.) The diner never seemed to be that busy. In the movie, the place was really packed and Mel even had an assistant cook

5.) Flo was kind of a sex addict and two steps up from a yard lizard.

1: Yep, that's a hard one to believe, except maybe for Vera
2: Boy he sure shot up after the 5th season
3: I can't believe he had 3 waitresses working, and there'd be like 1 customer in the restaurant

7: He was married, not that necessarily means someone isn't, but why do you think he's gay?
