Anyone else thinking this show is long past its peak? The first season was great...second season a bit of a stretch but still decent....third season was all over the place. I can only imagine that Season 4 isn't going to be much better.
I suppose it's hard to keep a show called Prison Break going once the prisoners have broken out...
...not to mention the fact that Michael Rapaport has joined the cast for this coming season.
Ugh.
After so many break-outs & so many captures, it can get a little old. But somehow they keep it interesting especially when main characters get killed and new characters are introduced. But I do wonder how many more seasons it can go before the viewers get tired of it. I still enjoy watching it. So far I'm not too impressed with Michael Rapaports character but he may get better.

I agree. I complain...but I still watch.
There's been a lot already, though, in Season 4 that I've watched with a wrinkled brow and "whatever" in my mind. To have all of his tattoos removed so easily? C'mon.
Arrested? Not arrested. Arrested? Not arrested? We've only been through two weeks.
But still....I keep watching........
^ Yeah, I know what you mean. These first few episodes have had quite a bit of action. Whistler getting killed, Mahone's son getting killed, I think his wife may have survived though. Several good chase scenes. Gretchen/Susan getting worked over. Michael getting his body tatoos removed, wouldn't a normal person need to recuperate after that? lol! Then T-bag getting worked over and being a temporary cannnibal. lol! What next?

Okay...I've gotta say it...what's this bloody nose crap? Seriously. Is Michael's nose gonna bleed for two seconds every week? Just stupid.
This past week was hilarious to me. They dress up in police uniforms that they steal from a station where the guard watching the screen is turned the other way reading a magazine. As though it didn't feel enough like an episode of Scooby-Doo, seeing those guys in uniform made the episode so much more ridiculous. The only thing that could have made me laugh harder at this scene would have been them putting on fake mustaches along with the uniforms.
Garbage.
Yet I keep watching.
^ lol! It wasn't that bad. Ok, the bleeding nose is a bit gross but I suppose Michael may end up having some kind of medical condition. Yeah the guys in cop uniforms was over the top, & Linc didn't blend in at all, especially the way he had his hat pulled down so low. Fake mustaches would have been a dead give away. lol! Have you also noticed Sara & Michael's chemistry doesn't seem to be as good as in previous seasons? Hopefully that will get better. What did you think about T-Bag moving in & taking over Whistler's fake identity? Sometimes you need a score card to keep up with what name everyone is using. lol!

T-Bag taking over where Whistler left off is a hard one to swallow as well. This show is quickly turning into 24 for me. I quit watching 24 two seasons ago when it got to the point where at least four or five times an episode my wife and I would look at each other with that "Oh....come on!" look. If the writers are going to make these guys invincible to everyday standards (such as getting a corner office the first day you walk into a job even though you've never been seen face to face before) you should at least give them a cape.
Yet....
....I keep watching.
LOL! Well they have to be invincible or there wouldn't be anyone left on the show.

I just can't help but compare everything to Season 1.
These guys in a high-security pen. Brains and brawn versus the sercurity of the prison walls. Season 1 was T-O-U-G-H. Tough.
I was so wrapped up in Season 1 that once Prison was "Broken," the show has taken a rapid decline...
...Season 2....let's play off these characters that were so popular.
...Season 3....let's break out of a different prison.
...Season 4....let's break into someplace.
C'mon....
Yet.........I keep watching.

Less that five minutes into tonights episode, and already, the best line of the night from T-Bag:
"Without me, that book is as useless as a fart in a windstorm."
^LOL! Poor T-Bag got worked over by Susan/Gretchen (whatever name she goes by lol!). Then he dropped his false hand when he was trying to break out of that cell Michael locked him in. He's like the energizer bunny, no matter what happens to him, he keeps on going.
