He had his heart set on the Vikings. It's a secret to me, I never knew he didn't want to go to the Jets. All I heard on ESPN was the Bucs or the Jets Brian Damage 08-09-2008, 11:39 PM It's a secret to me, I never knew he didn't want to go to the Jets. All I heard on ESPN was the Bucs or the Jets Here in NY, they were saying that he either wanted to stay with the Packers or be traded to the Vikings. The Packers refused to even consider that. As a matter of fact, the only way they agreed to trade him to the Jets, they put a clause in that if the Jets turned around and wanted to retrade him to the Vikes, the Packers would be compensated with 3 or 4 #1 draft picks. catlover79 08-09-2008, 11:41 PM The soap opera continues!!! TVFactFan 08-09-2008, 11:46 PM The soap opera continues!!! well you know the nfl is a 4 month soap opera anyway-lol catlover79 08-10-2008, 12:09 AM well you know the nfl is a 4 month soap opera anyway-lol That's a good point. Chelsea 08-10-2008, 12:16 AM Doesn't look particularly happy in THIS photo: http://i212.photobucket.com/albums/cc173/DrBullfish/nfl_a_favre3_sw_412.jpg Mr. Television 08-10-2008, 12:37 AM Doesn't look particularly happy in THIS photo: http://i212.photobucket.com/albums/cc173/DrBullfish/nfl_a_favre3_sw_412.jpg He looked like he was still in shock.
