In the episode where Niles is having heart surgery, Niles claims that hospitals must have memories. As they pass rooms in the hospital, each room seems to have a flashback of when they were in the hospital as children, etc. The final room they pass in this episode, Daphne is in a hospital bed holding her new-born. Niles is holding a little girl and says, "Say hello to your baby sister."
Now, with that said, at the end of the series, Daphne has a baby boy - they call him David. (Writer's wanted to have the baby named after a creative writer for Frasier that died in the twin towers on 911). It was a very nice honor for him, and I am glad that they were able to do that. But to me, it off-set the show a little.
Any comments?
