I recently posted a message on the "Will and Grace" page of this site that was very similar to the last message that I posted on this page. I titled the message over there, "Still Summer". I also posted a similar message on the "Caroline in the City" page and titled it "Slow". All of these messages were about how slow the boards are and my hypothesthes about this being the result of how nice the weather has been lately. The "Caroline" thread got a response less than an hour after I posted it! By the time that I get back to the "Will and Grace" page, it will probably be about an hour-and-a-half since I submitted my post. It will be interesting to see whether there are already some responses or even how many views (if any) it has! Also, it will probably be over an hour before I get back to this page. It would really make my day if it already had at least one response by then!

I think some shows just have a lot more things to talk about than others. I love Will and Grace but the discussion about it always seems limited to everyone saying the earlier seasons were better. No one talks about storyline or inconsistencies or cannon with this show.

I am very happy that at least one of my posts managed to get a response! Incidentially, over on the the "Will and Grace" page, someone has responded to a post recently but it was not one of my threads. In any event, over on the "Caroline in the City" page, a new thread got started in recognition of the upcoming release of the first season DVD. I have just finished responding to that thread. Over on the "Brady Bunch" page, I went down the line to a thread that I had started and that received a bunch of responses once upon a time, and brought it back to the top to give a new generation of readers a chance to see it. Also, if you look on this page, you will see an old thread regarding first season quotes that I brought to the top to see if I could stimulate some more conversation that way. One final thought that I would like to bring up has to do with the Olympics. In addition to the warm weather that I mentioned on this page earlier, I think that the fact that the Olympic games have started is another thing that is going to keep these boards slow for a while. Let us wait and see!
