Anyone catch Lenny at last night's Cubs game ? They had a 70's night, and Lenny sang Take Me Out to the Ballgame for the 7th inning stretch.

I think that he sounded better than anything Carmine ever did !

What's wrong with Carmine? I kind of liked Carmine.

I thought that Carmine the character was fine. I just didn't like it much when he burst out in song & dance. And the obligatory audience applause afterwards is too corny. (This is how I feel about most sitcoms, not just L & S. You know that you are going to get the audience appluase - even on a show with canned laughter - just seems too contrived.)
