I'm not a big fan of this show but did catch last night's episode and recognized the voice of Phyllis Diller. Sure enough, her name was in the
closing credits. Still a very funny lady after all these years.

Did you hear she had a failed sitcom called "The Pruitts of Southampton" in the mid-60's?

Yes ... and Don Rickles had three or four failed sitcoms. But I think Tim
Conway has both of 'em beat! :lol: It's odd how so many comedians are great
in supporting roles but can't seem to sustain a lead role in a sitcom.

It seemed that Conway WAS Cleveland when it came to Sitcoms. (And obviously, he started in Cleveland with Ernie Anderson, the guy who did the voice of ABC and this show....http://www.bigchuckandliljohn.com)
