View Full Version : Please bare with me....
hue_mee 08-03-2008, 10:12 AM I am in the process of many personal issues in the coming month or so, a little less then 30 days. I will be moving permanently to florida after a long and stressfull matter with someone close to me and everything else related to it.Days till I am free (http://www.freddieprinzesr.com/freedom.html) I have contacted Isaac for the support and he has generously given me some helpful encouragement and advice. I will never forget you all while I prepare to move and settle in florida. I just don't know how much time I will be able spend it here visiting and posting with all of you here.
Cheryl Harrell 08-03-2008, 02:13 PM So sorry to hear about what is happening to you. Hoep everything goes well with your move to FLA. Prayers just said for ya. Hang in there. I know Fredie is smiling down on you & asking God to watch over you...
hue_mee 08-03-2008, 09:13 PM Thanks Cheryl. I spoke to some of my family today and they reminded me of one thing I can do to be a big help on this matter that we discussed months ago. Thanks to your prayes Cheryl it will be a big help and blessing having this project done!
Prince 08-06-2008, 09:46 PM Good luck with the move Suz and I can't wait until you can get back on line and continue with your Freddie site. We will miss you terribly during the transition.
Take care suz we'll be thinking about you hope the move goes well
hue_mee 08-16-2008, 08:15 PM I am taking a well needed break from all my packing, throwing stuff out and getting my furniture ready for sale at an auction. I found this segment from the midnight special I have added at the behind the mic page. Freddie was awesome and not high.
Behind the mic (http://www.freddieprinzesr.com/behindthemic.html)
Cheryl Harrell 08-16-2008, 11:07 PM Glad to see you back! Hope you're doing well. Nice job on the site. I noticed you had up some pics I had never seen before...
Prince 08-18-2008, 08:20 PM Suzanne,
Thanks so much for the 2 great videos of Freddie on the Midnight Special. I loved them both but the one where he is wearing the white sweater is awesome....he is sooooo hot!!!!! His routine was great..he was so talented. Loved it a thousand times over. :p
Pitooey 08-19-2008, 09:29 PM Florida is beautiful. I came back from a vacation not too long ago. I went to Fort Lauderdale.
I'm hoping all goes well for you Suz. :)
hue_mee 08-21-2008, 04:34 AM Thanks everyone for your support as of today I have 14 days till my freedom begins and 16 days till I leave for florida. I will be living temporary in Lakeland then possibly be moving to St Petersburg or clearwater. All I have been doing for the past few weeks is clean out the closets, basement, attic, and all over the rest of the house, for the auctioneer or the trash man! LOL. I will be so happy once I hit the freeway heading for Florida! Thanks everyone I catch you later before I leave!
Cheryl Harrell 08-21-2008, 05:35 AM Good luck with the move. God Bless. Prayers just said for you...
hue_mee 08-29-2008, 07:33 AM Well the auctioneers come by today to sell some of my property I can not take along with me when I leave. Later today I am turning in my cable boxes. I am going to keep my road runner going untill possibly the 5th of September. Then I will turn it in at my warehouse and be out of touch till I arrive at my dad's house. This madness is finally coming down to the wire and I am anxious, nervous and excited to end old wounds and start fresh in Florida. Thanks for all your support. If you happen to see me online. Give me a buzz, I'd like to chat with you before I shut down later on next week!
MariposaLKB 08-29-2008, 08:06 AM Best of luck and God bless, Suzanne. To you and to everyone else on this board--I wanna take the opportunity to apologize for being scarce and sometimes unfriendly for the last few years. My family has been going through some serious stuff, medically and financially. It is better now but we are all still living on pins and needles, worrying that something else bad will happen! So I can sorta understand where you are coming from and heading into, Suz, and am sorry for not having lent any support. I should have known better, cuz my family never understood my--however brief--total obsession with Freddie, and it took a backseat to all the issues we ended up facing, though I do still love him and the friends I made on here....
We used to visit FL alot cuz I have family there--I envy you the chance to make it your permanent home, though I can imagine you would rather it was under much different circumstances. Again, hope everything works out for your best!
Lorelei
hue_mee 08-29-2008, 09:50 AM Thank you Lorelei
If it was not for this wonderful family here, I would not know what I have done during my 6 months of pure hell. My experience has been a emotional roller coaster and I am so glad that on 4th of September it will finally come to an end!
I have always loved the seasons in Wisconsin, but this last winter and what followed there after was way too much for me. My obsession with Freddie as I have been accused of was one of the lame reasons that caused this, as well as being accused of something that never happened that was pin pointed to Isaac and myself. I informed Isaac about this months ago and he was rightfully furious. All because when I was accused of it, Isaac was accused of it as well. There is no proof on something that was never done!
During all of this I struggled emotionally and financially as well. Being without family in the coming months caused me to be depressed. It was through the grace of God that members of my family offered me to come down for a temporary residence in Florida, until I found work and an apartment. During that time I struggled with emotional, and verbal abuse with my soon to be ex and could not bare anymore of it until he moved out. God and members of our family here as well as my own family, got me through my obstacle and reassured me that there is a future, new life for me in Florida. Where I can leave heartache, pain and suffering, and begin a new chapter in my life refreshed, renewed and loved.
All of you here who have been very close to me these past seven years have been like brothers and sisters to me and I am forever grateful for I know that we can not be physically together, we are here together in spirit through our thoughts, and prayers. I can not thank you all enough for your love. I can't even imagine the love that God has given us here together to be here and for a special angel we all know as Freddie, who has given us the gift of love, friendship and compassion through him and through our Heavenly father.
God Bless you Lorelei during your time of need and love for your family. God bless you all who have given me much support during the past 6 months. I will never forget you all.
I will keep in touch as much as I can during my transition to Florida.
God bless!
Suz
MariposaLKB 08-29-2008, 10:14 AM Thanx Suz, and PS: before your computer is unavailable, please do re-send the friend request on your different Yahoo IM account. That unfortunate incident was not on purpose, more of a reflex cuz I get alot of spammers (not that you are one LOL!) asking to be added and I already had you on my Friend list. Plus I got a new, Vista computer, and am having trouble staying connected to IM--was probably frustrated with it at that very moment OMG!
Sorry!
Karen64 08-29-2008, 09:53 PM I wish you the best of luck, Suz, and I will keep you in my thoughts. I hope you find the peace and happiness you deserve. Sounds like you're doing the right thing. Sometimes we just have to start over in life. Hope you have a safe trip to Florida and I hope and pray things work out for you there; you deserve it!
Cheryl Harrell 08-30-2008, 03:55 AM Prayers just said for Suzanne, Mariposa Lorilei (hope I spelled it right) & everyone else on here. Hope things go well for you both. I can relate to the financial & medical problems as Mike & I both have diabetes & due to him having had it for ys & not know it, he became legally blind from it & is now on disability & can't work anymore. So we have a hard time affording & since our medical care is more than we can afford we are on a free medical plan at a local hospital where if you can't afford your medical care you can get it free. That was been such a blessing & saved us.
I am so grateful that Mike understands my love of my stars like Freddie, Arlo Guthrie, The Monkees, John Travolta, Shaun Cassidy, Tommy James & Starsky & Hutch. But he is a big fan of his stars too. He is Elvis biggest fan & also a big fan of Johnny Cash, Dolly Parton & some others & enjoys collecting on them. Plus he enjoys collecting records & music like I do. It really helps having a hubby with similar interests. Alot of folks think I'm obsessed with my stars & wonder how I could've gotten interested in a dead man. But they just don't understand. I look at my love of my stars as being a hobby like stamp collecting. it's a part of me like my arms or legs. I also enjoy the oldies (60's & 70's music) & listening to it & looking at videos of 60's & 70's singers & groups. I have a variety of interests & while people think I'm obsessed, actually they all come together to be a part of me & what makes me up.
We support you & Mando too. Hang in there. We are here for you...
Pitooey 08-30-2008, 09:44 PM How are you holding up Suz? We're thinking of you.
hue_mee 08-30-2008, 10:08 PM Thanks Pitooey. I am doing ok as long as I stay busy. My house is slowly getting guttted out with stuff I don't want anymore and piles of boxes ready to be mailed out for me to Florida. Untill I can actually know what size hauler my dad has taken with him, it is hard to figure out what to pack up for our pickup truck and what can I send via USPS. LOL, Anyhow, I have been doing a little at a time for such a long time, so I don't burn myself out at the very end. The house is begining to look nice and bare all throughout without all the clutter. My only wish right now is at my court date that I can get the settlement that I am requesting without a fight from my soon to be ex. Pray that he has enough brains to accept it! LMAO! Otherwise I am just waiting and getting ready for my court date and getting bored without my cable TV. I miss you guys when I am so busy preparing for the big day. Trust me I can not wait till this is all over!
hue_mee 09-01-2008, 01:12 PM I've been getting overwelmed with my packing, and tossing stuff out of the toss all by myself for the past month or so. I am just trying to get as much done before the end of the week so I wont have to kill myself doing stuff at the last minute. I've gotten no help from my soon to be ex, with the exception of him getting his own stuff, and helping me take Mando to the Humaine society. I sure could use some advice or encouragement. If you have my number call me! I could use a pep talk! LOL Please!
hue_mee 09-01-2008, 05:53 PM Well ladies and gentlemen I've been feeling your good vibes and got an obsene amount of work done. I still have quite more to do but I am happy with what was accomplished today, thanks. I will keep in contact untill I officially have to sign off and pack my computer
Cheryl Harrell 09-01-2008, 11:17 PM Hope all goes well for you. More prayers just said for ya. Hang in there. I bet Mando the dog is cute. You could always get a Chico to go with him. And Ed Brown too... :)
hue_mee 09-02-2008, 04:29 AM Thanks Cheryl, our cats Chico and Mando came from different families but acted like they were actual brothers. Chico will end up with my soon to be ex hopefully today. Poor Chico is feeling lonely and I can only give so much affection while I am busy with the house. He is waking me up in the middle of the night whinning and wanting attention. It will be ok when it is all said and done with
Cheryl Harrell 09-03-2008, 03:03 AM I figured Mando must have a Chico. I bet they are cute. Good luck in your move. Prayers...
hue_mee 09-04-2008, 02:25 PM Thank goodness the madness is over! I am finally free and happy. I am also disconnecting my computer tonight to get it ready for packing. if you want to contact me you can call me if you have my number. Yipee I am free
Cheryl Harrell 09-05-2008, 01:57 AM Hopefully things will go better for you now. Prayers just said for ya...
MariposaLKB 09-06-2008, 10:34 AM Suz, when you have your computer back, plz try again to add me to your Yahoo IM. The Vista version doesn't work very well on a dial-up connection and I don't think my acceptance "took". Sorry!
Hope all is well in FL, especially with the weather that seems to be coming that way....take care!
hue_mee 09-12-2008, 03:41 PM Well I am in Florida. I arrive with my dad and his wife on Tuesday evening. I have been having my ups and downs since my divorce. Now my only hope is to find a job right a way so I am not a bother to my dad and his wife. The weather here has been great but very hot, in the upper 90's!
Karen64 09-13-2008, 09:17 AM Glad you made it there alright! You can rest a little easier knowing you got one of the biggest hurdles behind you (the move). I'm hoping things go easier for you as you get used to it all--good luck in finding a job! Keep us posted on how things are going!!
hue_mee 09-13-2008, 10:32 AM Thanks karen and everyone here. I am adjusting to the 90+ dgree weather we are having and am optimistic that someday (hopefully) soon that I will have some kind of work lined up. I have been applying online to local buisness here and around the area of Lakeland and hope to hear somekind of response soon. Thanks for all your concern I will keep in touch as much as I can.
Pitooey 09-14-2008, 04:18 PM I sent you an email tell me if you got it.
hue_mee 09-14-2008, 05:08 PM Not yet Pitooey. Where did you send it too. If you want to, send me a private message to let me know which email you sent it too. :D
I sent you an email tell me if you got it.
Prince 09-15-2008, 07:39 PM Good luck Suz, we're thinking about you. Glad to read you arrived safe and sound.
hue_mee 09-17-2008, 08:06 PM Thanks Macca and everyone for your emails and private messages reagarding my long distance move. I have surpast my mild depression over the move and sudden change in location. I have also overcome my depression of my decisions of the outcome of my divorce hearing. I know I will be better off now and I know that there is a job out there for me in the near future, as I am hopeful in my job search. I no longer have to deal with my ex and I am moving on and happy to start my new life here. I miss you all terribly and am trying to talk my dad into letting me add yahoo messsenger on the computer, I know many of us here communicate with each other through there. Anyhow, thank you all for your thoughts, prayers, and concerns during my move and last 6 months of pure hell. You all been like family to me and I appreciate that whole heartedly~
Cheryl Harrell 09-18-2008, 03:43 AM So glad things are going better for ya. Hopefully things will get better for ya. More prayers just said for ya...
hue_mee 09-19-2008, 10:06 AM I am very happy to discover that I can use Yahoo messenger without downlaoding it! I was on this morning checking my email on Yahoo and found out that I can use yahoo messenger without the uploading it on my dad's computer. Now hopefully I will be able to catch some of you online and play catch up on what has happened with all of you.
MariposaLKB 09-19-2008, 10:16 AM Good to hear, Suz! When we got a new, Vista computer, I had to download the compatible version 3 TIMES OMG!
Which brings up again the fact that I got your request to be added to my Friends list under your new screeen name, but it didn't work when I accepted it. Can you re-do that sometime next week? This weekend will be very busy for me, with the marching band competition at my older kid's high school and all....
hue_mee 09-19-2008, 10:42 AM Sure thing Lorelei. I will do that and when you have the change to log in, it should hopefully be there for your acceptance. I will on the computer off an on through looking for work and will check occasionally for any up dates and emails.
Karen64 10-20-2008, 09:36 PM So, how are you doing, hue_mee? Any luck with the job search?
hue_mee 10-20-2008, 10:03 PM Not well karen. I am still hopeful as I am still applying and waiting for some kind of response. The trouble now is that with soo many people out looking for work and turning in resumes by hand or online. It is hard to know how the progress is going. I keep emailing the people I send resumes out and let them know of my interest in it. Sooner or later something will come up. With the help from Macca she has given me the sweet nudge of writing again and it is going like gang busters. Hopefully the same way will happen for some responses with jobs down here. Thanks, otherwise I am enjoying the nice weather here and savoring the time that I have off untill some work arrives.
Karen64 10-20-2008, 10:24 PM Sounds like you're happy--enjoy your well-deserved break! Something will come along. Don't sweat it! And keep up the writing! Take one step at a time!
hue_mee 11-22-2008, 09:40 PM For those of you who have been with me during my transition from Wisconsin to Florida and the reasons behind it. I am updating you on some positive news. I had a phone interview for a job yesterday. It went well and I am having a follow up face to face interview on monday. Please say a good word for me in your time of prayer. I sure could use it! If all goes well, I could start work in January of 2009.
Cheryl Harrell 11-23-2008, 05:03 AM Good luck with the new job. Prayers just said for ya...
MariposaLKB 11-23-2008, 12:40 PM Great to hear, Suz! My hubby will celebrate one year on his new job on Jan 1st himself.
While I am at it, a Happy Thanksgiving to all! Here is a song that was on Josh Groban's Christmas album last year and ended up as the verse in my family's homemade card, just BEFORE we found out re the new job, if you can believe that! I think it is relevant during all this time of year:
Thankful
Somedays we forget
To look around us
Somedays we can’t see
The joy that surrounds us
So caught up inside ourselves
We take when we should give.
So for tonight we pray for
What we know can be.
And on this day we hope for
What we still can’t see.
It’s up to us to be the change
And even though we all can still do more
There’s so much to be thankful for.
Look beyond ourselves
There’s so much sorrow
It’s way too late to say
I’ll cry tomorrow
Each of us must find our truth
It’s so long overdue
So for tonight we pray for
What we know can be
And every day we hope for
What we still can’t see
It’s up to us to be the change
And even though we all can still do more
There’s so much to be thankful for.
Even with our differences
There is a place we’re all connected
Each of us can find each other’s light
So for tonight we pray for
What we know can be
And on this day we hope for
What we still can’t see
It’s up to us to be the change
And even though this world needs so much more
There’s so much to be thankful for.
hue_mee 11-23-2008, 03:43 PM Thanks Cheryl and Mariposa. It is not official yet. But I am hopeful and somewhat fearful over the interview tomorrow. I am doing my best to stay positive. If I am lucky enough to land the job, my dad and I will be apartment hunting tomorrow. Thank you for all your prayers!
Cheryl Harrell 11-24-2008, 07:09 AM Prayers just said for you both & everyone else on here. Neat song lyrics...
Karen64 11-24-2008, 02:27 PM Good luck, Suz! Let us know how it went...
Our computor's power source went kaput a while back, so we were without a computor for awhile. Had to get a new one; cost us an arm and a leg, but it's a much nicer one. I'm home today with a bad cold; I'm aching all over and running a fever. I feel like a warm pile of dog @%$#!! It's nice to be back online, though!
hue_mee 11-24-2008, 08:52 PM Thanks karen I do hope you feel better.
As for my interview. It went well. Thanks to the guy who gave me some well encouraging information for my face to face interview. I got the tour of the area and met with another ladie in HR to have my drug test taken. So I should officially know by tomorrrow afternoon. We went apartment hunting also. As soon as I get my go ahead from the employer I can put down the deposit for the apartment. Thank God the madness is finally over. Thanks to all of you here for your special support!
