I've been enjoying a cooking show on The Food Network, called Down Home With The Neelys. The hosts are a married couple, Pat and Gina Neely. They have restaurants in Memphis and Nashville, and their specialty is BBQ. They're adorable to watch them cook together, so friendly and loveable towards each other. They made fried catfish, which I'd never eat, but they made it look great, hushpuppies with this dipping sauce and greens with chick peas.
