So, after rewatching the entire series plus the unaired episodes, I have figured out the actual order of the episodes. Date Night was supposed to air before The New Boss and after The New Boss would be House of Tomorrow. In House of Tomorrow, Kelly mentions on the phone to her therapist that her daughter doesn't know about Chuck. That's why it has to be before Wall of Fame. And also, Gary wants the job as the new weatherman. That is why House of Tomorrow must be the episode after Montana gets fired. Here's the actual order;
