View Full Version : Janice, what do you think of the way the Mom on this show dresses?
TVFactFan 08-02-2008, 04:23 PM Do you think they should have her in other outfits besides "TIGHT JEANS", and BELLY SHRTS?"
I just always thought that as a MOTHER she should have been in different outfits.
Janice 08-02-2008, 09:54 PM Let's face it Solomon, Benny's not exactly your average mother, lol. I think she is an absolute scream. She really makes the show.
Hilarious Benny moment:
Benny: "How they hanging?"
Vic: "I was just about to ask you the same thing."

No I was talking about Angie, the way she is always in something low cut and tight jeans
Pavan 08-03-2008, 12:20 AM Angie can pull it off...she has a perfect body.
TVFactFan 08-03-2008, 12:22 AM Angie can pull it off...she has a perfect body.
For her age it didn't look right
Pavan 08-03-2008, 12:23 AM She was 35 or so...not like 50 or over.
TVFactFan 08-03-2008, 12:26 AM She was 35 or so...not like 50 or over.
She was 37-43, too old for that dress style
Janice 08-03-2008, 01:39 AM I'll have to start paying better attention, but nothing has jumped out at me. Pavan is right, she has a gorgeous figure, so I say if you have it, flaunt it, unless she's showing her belly button. When is the show on besides 11 on Nick?
Janice 08-13-2008, 12:25 AM Well Solomon, in the episode I watched tonight, the one where they might be moving to Phoenix, Angie was wearing the sexiest black dress ever. She was pouring wine for her and George. Wow, is she a knockout or what. Hilarious scene when George is accepting the lucrative job offer from the plant owner, and he's pretending that he's fighting with him, to fool his co-workers, on the other side of the glass. "This offer better have a health plan to go with it!!"
Also, the scene in the kitchen with George and Benny, when she's telling him she'll miss him when he moves away. He was getting mad at her.

Where did Angie get off saying she didn't want to move and didn't have a job?-lol I was like-"george is going to be making more money and she is saying NO like a child. "I want don't want to move to Pheonix"-lol

LOL, and six figures to boot! She was used to her life in LA. Who wants to move to Phoenix. Like Vick said, it's just dust, heat and all old people.

I forgot to tell you I like VICK too-lol But if your husband has no other options but a 6 figure salary in Pheonix then you have to go. And the kids defintely shouldn't opening their mouth saying they didn't want to move.

You remember how it was when you were a teen. Friends in place, school, you wouldn't want to be uprooted like that.
TVFactFan 08-13-2008, 01:46 AM You remember how it was when you were a teen. Friends in place, school, you wouldn't want to be uprooted like that.
But what choice would I have had as a teenager bringing in NO MONEY?-lol I would have had to go and leave my friends.
That's what happened to one of my friends when I was 14, he had to move with his family to Detroit even though he didn't want to go-lol

Isn't that the very last episode if i remember correctly? but to answer the question to this thread i would have to say the way she dresses is
appropriate because Angie looks like she's in her 20's so might as well dress like it.

Not if you have KIDS
ThomasE 08-13-2008, 07:59 PM Oh Solomon, you are so traditional. LOL. 37-43 should not be age range for how one should dress. Angie had it so I say go girl! It is amazing that Benny found someone her own age (Jerry Springer). LOL.

If they were just a married couple without kids then it would be fine. But why dress like that and have your son friends and your HUSBAND's best friend see you?
ThomasE 08-13-2008, 08:09 PM I cannot argue with you there. LOL. I had to think about it for a few minutes. Darn! Maybe she could have toned it down a slight bit... but just a bit. If you have it you have it...just be careful what you do with it. LOL.
Brieannas21 08-13-2008, 09:44 PM Not if you have KIDS
I have kids
Please don't take this the wrong way because I am not trying to be rude at all, but is there a reason why so many thread topics are addressed to one person instead of the topics being general in nature (i.e. this thread title could've read "what do you guys think of the way the Mom on this show dresses?")? If a question is asked to a single person, couldn't that be done via private messaging? Once again, I'm not trying to be rude, I'm just wondering...

Janice is a new viewer of the show and I wanted to give the board life

Well like i said if you look nice than you might as well show it off, I don't think it makes any difference if she has kids or not, that shouldn't effect the way you dress.

So it's ok to dress like a teenager if you have a nice body? That's how Angie looked, Don't know why they couldn' give her a job instead of having her rance all around the house with tight jeans and low cut shirts

I'm sorry if you felt offended or anything. It's just a silly thing that some longtime friends do. It's never meant to exclude anyone, and you or anybody can join in the thread. It's done mostly on the Sport's board. Members call each other out. Someone may make a thread...
"Hey Janice, how do you feel about Manny's exit?"
Then other members jump in and post opinions. I understand how you or anyone could take this the wrong way, and I apologize, but it's really just a goofy thing some of us do. :)

LOL, very true. I haven't seen many shows, but I've yet to see anything inappropriate. Most wives, have lingerie. Smart ones do anyway, lol. ;) Angie's clothes that she wears around the house seem okay. Her shirts are fitted, but not skin tight, and she doesn't wear short skirts. I think I need to see more shows to give a better informed opinion.

I don't think she dressed like a teenager consistently, most of the time she was wearing pants. But like i said if you have a nice body still despite being in your mid to late 30's you can still show it off.
Pavan 08-14-2008, 01:10 AM She did have a job, Solomon...a wedding planner.

But they didn't make it seem like she had STEADY WORK

Being a mom is steady work
