blerg 08-01-2008, 01:33 PM This aired at the end of the last episode of the show, "Hostage Watch." That episode made me realise how much i'm gonna miss this show. It was definatly one of my favourite episodes of the series.

And to think that they replaced it with "Do not disturb"
Some wishful thinking.... now that the show won't come back on tv but on dvd I'm having this dream...what if the show becomes really successful after the dvd sales and they decide to do a little movie based on it. Wouldn't you love that idea or it's my meds & wine that have kicked in

I thought of something like that too. I really wish and hope that BTY becomes a cult hit on DVD. At least let the sales be very impressive.

it's a sad ending? I don't want to see.
Mr. Television 08-01-2008, 08:02 PM I would love to see what happened to Family Guy, happen to BTY. But it's harder with live action shows. The actors will have moved on to other projects by then.

Sadly, most of the stars have moved on to other projects. I think the only two who are not yet attached to a new show are Fred Willard and Josh Gad.

No, I just meant that the way the show had to end aka be canceled, sucked.

pheww, I don't want to see something sad. But it'll be nice to see some new episodes. I just got back from seeing Swing Vote. Very realistic. All the media hipe, both candiates flip floping like they do now. Kevin was good.

I'm glad you liked the movie. As for BTY, I STRONGLY encourage everyone to buy the DVD.

Torrents.
And BTW, can you please PM me the original version of your avatar?
JulieSomoski 08-01-2008, 09:38 PM You guys did to me again - now I'm getting ideas-LOL. Wouldn't you just love to see "Back to You: The Movie?" come out in theaters? You never know what'll happen once the DVD comes out. 20th Century obviously still sees something in this show, or else they wouldn't be putting it out on DVD, unlikely many one-season wonders. It happened with Family Guy, so it is possible, and FG is a FOX show, which helps a bit.
I'm glad the movie is good. I plan on seeing it with my wife tomorrow evening - I'm already looking forward to it.

I just downloaded the 3 episodes of BTY. But you are right, so sad that it had to be canceled. The characters seems to be getting in sink. Show getting funnier too. Damn.

I really liked "Hostage Watch". I knew that Kelly really loved Chuck. So sweet, but sad too.
