Well this is my first Division Fan-Fiction ...So tell me what you think,Okay?
Another Day, Another Problem
*Magda Walks into Ben's Room*
Magda: *Walks over to Ben's bed,sits beside him,and gently shakes him* Okay,Bubby time to get up and get ready for school.
Ben: *Rolls over and looks at him mom* Hi Mom *Wipe eyes and sits up*
Magda: Hi Baby. *Runs her hand over his forehead* Get ready grandma's going to be here. *Pats his back,then gets up and walks out of his room*
~Magda's in the kitchen fixing breakfast~
**Phone Rings**
Magda: *Yells to Ben* I'll get it! *Picks up the phone* Hello?
Man: Hello, May I speak to Magda Please?
Magda: Speaking..May I ask who's calling?
Man: *Hangs Up*
Magda: *Gives a look and hangs up the phone*
Ben: *Yells from the other room* Who was it ,Mom?
Magda: No one,Ben. Just get ready for school. *Goes back to fixing breakfast*
**Phone Rings**
Magda: *Answers* Hello?
Man : Hello,Magda?
Magda: Who is this?
Man: How's the baby?
Magda: Who is this?
Man: It's Robert.
Magda: *Stops what she is doing and lowers her voice* Robert,what are you calling me for?
Man: I wanted to know how the baby is.
Magda: How-*Gets cut off by Robert*
Man: Magda, I just want to know how it is.
Magda: Fine,He's Fine,Robert. Not exactly a baby anymore!
Man: He! I have a Son.
Ben: *Yells from his room* Mom,Where's my shoes?
Magda: *Covers the phone* uhh..They're in the living room..*Uncovers the phone*
Man: Was that him?
Magda: *Takes a breath* Yes....
Man: What's our son's name?
Magda: Let's get something straight,Robert. As far as I am concerned he isn't your son. He is my son. My Family. I've been there sense he was born. You disappeared when you heard the word, "Baby".
Man: I want to make-up for that. I want to see him.
Magda: *Exhales* Whaat!?! After six years you want to come barging into our lives again. Gimme a break,Robert. I have to go.
Man: Wa-wait a minute. At least take my number and think it over. Shouldn't he know who his real father is?
Magda: Fine,Fine!
**Knock at the door**
Jinny: *Opens the door and walks inside* Hey, I'm here!
Ben: *Comes walking from his room* Hey,Jinny,Tell me a story?
Jinny: *Looks at her watch* Oh Ben, We're running late. *Bends down and lowers her voice* How about when I come and drop off your mom tonight. I will come and tell you a bedtime story,Okay?
Ben: Okay,You promise?
Jinny :*Stands back up and laughs* Yeah, I promise. Now where is your mom?
Ben: *Points toward the kitchen* I gotta go get my shoes *Runs off*
Jinny: *Laughs alittle* Okay,Thanks! *Walks toward the kitchen notices Magda is on the phone and waves*
Magda: *Waves at Jin (Robert Gives her his Number) Writes down Roberts number* Okay, I will think about it,Bye!
**Magda hangs the phone up**
Jinny: *Leans over and looks at the number then back at Magda* You got a hot date tonight?
Magda: Not Funny ,Jin.
Jinny: I know. I'm sorry. What's wrong,Mag?
Magda: *Looks destracted* Uhh..No,Nothing
Jinny: Come on,Magda, you can talk to me.
Magda: It just isn't a good time.
Jinny: Fine suit yourself.
**C.D.'s House**
Paul: *Sitting at the table looking through a paper*
C.D.: *Walks through the dining room to the kitchen. Doesn't say anything,and opens up the refrigerator *
Paul: *Looks up from his paper* How did you sleep, on that big comfy bed? *Sarcastic*
C.D: *Looks up from the Refrigerator* Okay just step back for just a minute! You're lucky you're still under the same roof as me after what you did! Keep in mind the only reason you are here is because you don't have a place to go yet.
Paul: *Puts his paper down*
C.D: Not that you have any trouble booking Hotel Rooms.
Paul: *Looks disgusted* Funny,C.D..
C.D: I'm not trying to be funny,Paul! I'm trying to make a point,but I guess you wouldn't know that.
Paul: I said I was sorry,Candy. What else can I do? She didn't mean anything to me.
C.D: Don't start with this "Candy" crap,Paul! *Shakes head* You want to know what you can do!?!
Paul: *Looking at C.D.*
C.D: Find a place to go because I don't want you here when I get back! I can't stand you,Paul. After all we have been through! I forgave you last time. What a fool I was to actually believe you wouldn't do it again! *Shakes head and walks out of the room then past the couch that has blankets laying on it from Paul sleeping there the night before. C.D. then walks into her room looking for her gun and coat*
Paul: *Walks into the room* C.D. I'm sorry.
C.D: Paul, I don't want to go there. I meant what I said. You better be gone by the time I get home from work,tonight.
Paul: *Looks down and then back at C.D.* She didn't mean anything,honest.
C.D: Oh so you just have sex with someone that doesn't mean a thing! That makes me feel real good..*Shakes her head,grabs her stuff,and leaves*
Paul: *Hears the front door slam*
***Parking Lot of the S.F.P.D.***
Jinny and Magda get out of the car and start walking slowly toward the Station Entrance.
Magda: *Glances over at Jinny then looks back in front of her* You know the number from earlier?
Jinny: *Looks over at Magda and Nods* Yeah, what about it?
Magda: *Nearing the station door* Well....*Voice drifts away,glances to the ground then back up* It was Robert...*Pauses* Ben's father.
Jinny: *Looks surprised then confused* I thought you hadn't heard from him since..~Magda interupts~
Magda: *Noding* I know, I know! All of a sudden..*Takes a breath and wipes a tear from her cheek* He wants to be a part of Ben's life! After Six years,Six! *Emphasizes the word Six*
Jinny: *Shakes her head* the question I would be asking is,Why? Why,this sudden urge to be a father?
Magda: *Nods* Who knows,Damn Robert.
Jinny: *Puts her hand on Magda's back* Soo,what are you going to do? Are you going to let him meet Ben?
Magda: *Shakes head and runs her hand over her hair* Oh I don't know,Jin. On one hand Ben deserves to meet his father. To know his father. On the other if he does he can get hurt. Which wouldn't happen if he didn't meet him. *Walks through the door of the station still shaking her head*
Jinny: Big Decision,Mag. Which only you can decide. Make sure you're doing the right thing. *Follows Magda*
**Door Closes**
C.D. pulls into the S.F.P.D. Parking Lot with Angela in the passengers seat.
Angela: *Looks at C.D.* Thanks a lot. Daniel had to leave this morning early. My car wouldn't start ~C.D. interupts~
C.D: Yeah,No problem. It's on the way.
Angela: *Smiles*
**Inside the Division**
Jinny is at the coffee pot pouring herself some coffee. Magda is at her desk skimming over some papers. C.D. & Angela walk in.
Angela: *Walks to her desk and sits*
C.D.: *Walks in and goes to the file cabinet*
Jinny: *Finished with her coffee* Hey Guys!
C.D: Hi Jinny
Angela: Hey.
Magda: *Looks up from the papers rubbing her head* Oh Hi sorry Guys.
Angela: Hey..
C.D: You okay Magda?
Magda: Yeah,uhh Sure I'm fine. *Forces a small smile*
~Jinny's Phone Rings~
Jinny: Inspector Exstead. San Francisco Police Department. *Big Grin Flashes Across her face*
Magda: *Catches a Glimpse of the grin* Ooh,We all know who that is. *Laughs alittle*
C.D: Of Course! *Laughs*
Jinny: ~Conversation on the Phone~ *Laughs alittle and tucks her hair behind her ear right ear* Yeah tonight is great. *Smiles* Uh-huh. I get off at 7:00. *Laughs* Okay, I'll see you later. Uh,Wait a sec. Where are we going? *Nods with a Smiles on her face* Yeah, yeah of course. How did I guess? *Laughs* Okay,See ya later. Bye *Hangs up the phone*
C.D: *Looks over to Jinny* So where is Theodore takin' ya?
Jinny: *Smiles* It's a surprise like everything else is.
Angela: Oooh *Laughs*
Captain: *Walks out of her office* Okay listen up. It's a slow day with cases,but this is what we have. *Opens the first Folder on the top* An anonymous tip from someone saying they think a resident in there neighborhood is running a drug operation out of their home. If it's true bring 'em in. *Hands the folder to Magda* You and Jinny take it.
Magda: No problem,Captain.
Captain: *Nods and opens up the next folder* Hotel Maid opened up a hotel rooms door this morning. To find the place ransacked.. Thing Broken...Television Gone you know...*Hands it to DiLucca and his partner* Last but not least. *Opens the folder* A 7-11 was robbed,Again. Happened about 45 minutes ago. *Hands it to C.D.* You know the drill.
C.D: We're on it Captain.
**Magda and Jinny in the Car**
Jinny: *Looks over at Magda* You know you can talk to me,Right?
Magda: *Looks at Jinny* Yeah *Nods* Thanks,Jin . How about you and Theodore? Anything you want to tell me?
Jinny: *Big Smile* Teddy is really great. *Watching the road* It's just,I never thought I would be saying this about Theodore,but it's nice to you know, have him there,and to care. *Shakes head* I just don't know. It's all new to me. To have someone there to talk to anytime I need to talk. It's just weird. I have never had that with any one.
Magda: *Noding* I know,Jin.
Jinny: It's just...Oh never mind.
Magda: *Looks over* What?
Jinny: *Looking straight ahead* It's like I'm paranoid. *Takes her right hand and moves her hair out of her face* I don't want to get too close,and Depend on him too much. Because one day he may be gone,but slowly I feel myself slipping. Getting closer to him everyday,You know? *Glances over*
Magda: Yeah I understand,Jin. You're attracted to him. You really care.
Jinny: I just *Pauses* I don't want to set myself of for that situation.
Magda: I guess it is just a risk you have to take. If you really care for him. Let me rephrase that. If he really cares for you. Like you care for him...He'll be around for a long time ,Jin.
Jinny: *Nods Watching the Road*
**C.D. and Angela at the 7-11 Parking Lot**
C.D: *Looks at the Cashier* Have you ever seen the suspect before?
Angela: Anyone loitering here or nearby,that you noticed?
Cashier: *Shakes head* No not that I recall. Then again, I usually work the night shift. We don't get many customers overnight. *Shakes head* Maybe the day person would have more information about that.
Angela: Could you give us a describtion of the suspect?
Cashier: Of course..About 5'8'' medium build. Fair skin, Dark hair.
C.D.: *Listening with her arms crossed*
Angela: Any facial hair?
Cashier: *thinks for a second then nods* Yeah a small mustache.
C.D: *Shifts her weight* We're going to set you up with a sketch artist to see if we can get a picture of him. You think you can do that? *Looks at the Notes* Cathy.
Cashier: *Nods* Yeah, Okay....
C.D: Okay then...*Walks off*
Angela: So can you think of anything else that would be helpful?
**Cuts to C.D. inside the 7-11**
C.D: *Looking around*
Manager: *Minor Accent* I can not believe this happen in my store.
C.D: Sir,are you the Manager?
Manager: Yes Yes *Nods*
C.D: Do you have information that could help us find the suspect? Any complaints from employees of loitering customers *Shakes head* Anything?
Manager: *Shakes head* No *Puts a finger up and walks off*
C.D: *Standing near the checkout stand*
Manager: *Comes back a short time later with a tape and hands it to C.D.* I have a hidden camera.
C.D: *Takes the Tape looks down at it*
**Magda and Jinny Arrives in the Neighborhood**
Both: *Gets out of the car and walks up to the door*
Jinny: *Knocks*
Magda: *Looks at Jinny*
Jinny: *Shrugs*
Magda: I wonder if anyone's home?
Jinny: One way to find out..*Steps forward again and knocks*
Man: *Finally comes to the door and opens it* Yeah? *Says through the screen door*
~Soon the door opens they can smell marajuana~
Magda: Hello Sir. *Flashes Badge*
Jinny: *Flashes her Badge Aswell*
Magda: We're here to ask you a few questions.
Man: *Looks at their badges* About What?
Jinny: Some illegal drug trafficing.
Man: *Shakes head* I have no idea what you ladies are talking about.
Jinny: That's why we're only going to ask some questions.
Little Child: *Comes running to the door and stops closely behind the man peaking at the two inspectors*
Magda: *Smiles at the little Child and looks back up to the man*
Man: Okay,Shoot!
Jinny: *Takes out her note pad* Can you please staight your name?
Man: Harris Robenton
Jinny *Writes it down*
Magda: Do you have any idea why anyone would think you were running a drug operation out of your home?
Harris: *Shakes head* No Ma'am.
Jinny: Someone said you have a lot of people coming in and out of your house at all times of the day.
Harris: Well,uhh I have a lot of family.
*Baby crying in the background*
Harris: You see..My wife just had a baby.
Magda: *Smiles* I see.
Jinny: You mean to say you have family coming over at all times of the day?
Harris: *Shakes head* No I didn't say that. I don't know what anyone is talking about. Saying I have people coming and going out of my house all day long. *Looking past them to the road nervously*
Little Child: *Sneezes and wipes her nose*
Harris *Puts his hand on the little girls back* Will that be all?
Magda: *Nods* Thank You for your time.
Harris: *Closes the Door*
Magda & Jinny: *Walks from the door past the garage*
Jinny: Hey Mag,You smell that?
Magda: *Stops* Yeah I do. Is it coming from the garage?
Jinny: *Sniffs* Apparently...
Magda: *Shakes her head*
**Back at the Station**
C.D. and Angela: *Sitting at their desks sorting through some papers on their most recent case involving the 7-11*
Captain: *Looks at Jinny* So what have you got so far?
Jinny: *Shakes head* The man claims not to know anything about a Drug Operation.
Magda: He explained all the people coming to and from his house because his wife just had a baby. Which very well could be.
Jinny: We heard a baby cring.
Captain: Sounds like a a cheap cover up to me.
Jinny: *Nods and looks down at the notes*
Magda: We smelled Marjauna coming from the house.
Captain: Did you mention it to him?
Jinny: *Shakes her head* No,no we didn't. Soon after he told us about the baby. He wanted to go.
Magda: *Nods* He had an unusual look on his face.
Jinny: Like he was nervous about us being there.
Captain: You have enough evidence to get a search warrant?
Magda: Yes,A couple neighbors said they have seen many different people come to his house.
Jinny: *Nods*
Captain: Well get on it.
Magda: Yes,Captain...*Glances over to Jinny then looks through Harris's Police File*
Captain: *nods and walks over to Angela and C.D.*
Jinny: *Picks up the phone and calls the D.A.'s Office.
*Allen: *Picks up the phone* O'Conner.*
Jinny: Hey,It's Jinny Exstead here.
*Allen: Hey Jinny...What's the problem?*
Jinny: No problem. I need a warrant.
*Cuts to Angela,C.D.,and Captain*
C.D: We got a tape of the man.
Angela: The Manager had a hidden camera to watch his employees. Sense things have been mysteriously missing.
C.D. We questioned the Morning and Afternoon employees and noone had heard or seen anything suspicious.
Captain: *Crosses her arms* I see....So nothing at all. Besides the Tape.
Angela: *Nods* And a couple witnesses.
Captain: Any see the robbery take place?
C.D: *Looks at the papers* Yeah, a woman by the name of Cathy Jordan. She had seen it all from right outside the door..
Captain: She get a good describtion?
Angela :*Nods and picks up the scetch of the robber and hands it to Cap*
Captain: *Looks at it* Well ...Take it around the neighborhood around the 7-11...See if anyone recognizes him. Have you been through the files?
Angela: *Nods* We got a man that has a stunning similiarity to him.
Captain: What's the name?
Angela: *Looks through the folder* Chris Baker.
Captain: What was he brought in for?
Angela: *Looks at Captain* Armed Robbery.
Captain: Well hit the streets.
C.D:*Nods* We're on it Captain...*Gets up and walks toward the door*
Angela: *Grabs her coat and follows*
Captain: *Turns around* Hey,Be careful out there.
Angela: *Smiles and walks out the door*
Captain: *Walks back toward her office*
Jinny: *Hangs up the phone turns around to Magda* The warrants in the works.
Magda: Okay Jin...Look at this *Point to the folder on her desk*
Jinny: *Rolls her chair over to Magda's Desk* What? *Looks at the folder and reads it out loud* Harris Robenton arrested for Posession of Marjuana three months ago.
Magda: *Nods* Keep going.
Jinny: *Reads further* Busted in 1980 for *Pauses and looks at Magda the back down* Drug Dealer..Cocaine,Heroin..*Looks up* The list goes on.
Captain :*Over hears all this* Is this the guy the Anonymous tip was about?
Jinny: Yeah..Harris Robenton..Been picked up countless times for Posession of Narcatics.
Captain: What about a search warrant?
Jinny: It should be here anytime.
Magda: *thinking*
Captain: *Nods, glances at Magda,and walks back to her office and closes the door*
Jinny: *Looks at Magda* You okay?
Magda: Uhh..Yeah sorry about that..I was thinking about Ben.
Jinny: *Nods* Made a decision?
Magda: *Rubs her forehead* I don't know....
Jinny: *Pats her on the back* It'll be okay...
**C.D. and Angela on the Streets**
C.D: *Walks to a passer by* Have you seen this man? *Shows the picture*
Woman: *Shakes her head and walks off*
Angela: Sir,Have you seen this man? *Shows the Picture*
Man: *Looks at the Picture* Nope..*Walks off*
C.D: Hey Sir! Have you seen this man? *Shows the Picture*
Man #2: *Looks at the picture*No I haven't..*Walks off alittle and turns around* Wait a sec..Can I see that again?
C.D: Yeah *Shows the Picture*
Angela: *Walks over To C.D.* Anything?
C.D.:*Looks at Angela* Maybe...*Looks at the Man*
Man #2: I think...*Looks at C.D.* I can't be sure,but I thought I seen him in the coffee shop a few stores down.
C.D: *Looks behind her a few Store Down at the Coffee Shop* Okay,Thanks Sir.
Man #2: *Shakes head* No problem. Glad I could help.
Angela: *Smiles* Thanks...*Starts walking toward the Coffee Shop with C.D.*
C.D: *Glances at Angela* We have to make sure it is him.
Angela: Chris Baker,Right?
C.D: *Nods*
Angela: Okay..
Angela & C.D: *Walk into the Coffee Shop*
C.D: *Walks up to the register and orders two coffees*
Angela: *Sits at a table near the suspect*
C.D: *Brings the Coffees back to the Table and sits*
Woman: *Comes into the Shop* Hey Chris..
Chris: *Looks over* Hey Baby!
Angela: *Looks at C.D.*
C.D: *Nods and gets up*
Angela and C.D. walk over to Chris and flash their Badges.
Chris: What is all this?
Angela: *Standing Near C.D.*
C.D.: *Takes out her cuffs* You're under arrest Christopher Baker. For Armed Robbery of the 7-11 earlier today. *Turns Chris around and cuffs him* You are under arrest anything you say or do will be held against you in the court of law. You have a right to an Attorney if you can not afford one one will be provided for you. *Walks out with Chris*
Angela: *Follows Close Behind*
**Back at the Station*
Theodore: *Walks in with the Warrant*
Magda: *Looks over to the door where Theodore is just coming in* Hey Theodore.
Jinny: *Hears Theodore and looks Up* Hi..
Theodore: Hey! *looks at Magda then to Jinny* You wanted this...*Hands Jinny the Warrant and Smiles*
Jinny: *Smiles* Uhh..*Remembers why he is here* Yeah,Thanks a lot for bring it over!
Theodore: Not a problem,Jinny.
Jinny: Well uh we better get going if we want to bust this guy today!
Magda: Yeah we should! *Smiles and Nods*
Theodore: Oh yeah of course! *Nods* We still on for tonight?
Jinny: *Smiles* Sure,Teddy. See you later! *Walks toward the door*
Magda: *Walks out of the Division*
Jinny: *Walks out of the Division and takes one last glance of Theodore through the window and leaves*
**C.D. and Angela Questioning Chris**
C.D: Why'd you do it?
Chris: I didn't do it!
C.D: *Looks at Angela* You hear this guy? Denying it all the way. *Shakes head*
Angela: What you didn't know. Is stealing from a 7-11 with a hidden camera isn't the smartest thing in the world to do.
Chris: You mean you go the ..Robber on Tape?
C.D: *Folds her arms and Nods*
Angela: Why'd you do it ,Chris?
Chris: *Looks down then back at the Inspectors* I needed the money!
C.D: Same old excuse!
Angela: They're all alike,Aren't they?
C.D: *Nods* Just about...
Chris: *Rubs his head nervously*
Angela: Where'd you put the weapon you used to hold it up?
C.D: *Looks from Angela to Chris*
Chris: It wasn't my gun.
C.D: Who's gun is it?
Chris: A friend of mines.
Angela: That wasn't our question. Where is it?
Chris: I gave it back....
C.D: Did he know about this?
Chris: *Looks down and shakes his head*
Angela: *Looks to C.D.*
C.D: That's all we needed to know...*Walks toward the door*
**Jinny and Magda pulls in front of Harris's House**
Magda: *Looks at Jinny* You call for Back-Up?
Jinny: *Nods*
The two Inspectors get out of the car and walk up to the door.
Jinny: *knocks on the door*
*They can hear the tv on in the house*
Magda: *Glances over to Jinny*
Jinny: *Knocks on the Door* S.F.P.D.
*Hears a screen door shut in the back*
*Magda and Jinny hears this and walks over to the side of the house and sees Harris running toward the back fence....*
Jinny: HEY S.F.P.D!!! *Running toward Harris*
Magda: *Backing Jinny up* Freeze!!!
Harris: *Gets to the wall and it trying to get over it*
Jinny & Magda: *Catches up to Harris*
Jinny: *Grabs his shirt and pulls him down*
Back-Up: *Arrives*
*Two Officers run around the back of the house and takes Chris from Jinny*
Jinny & Magda: *Walk back toward the house and goes inside*
Jinny: Hello?
Magda: Mrs. Robenton?
*Officers come into the house aswell*
Jinny: *Goes into the back rooms and looks around*
Magda: *Opens the garage door*
~Smoke Comes Rushing In~
Magda: Hey Jin*Coughs and Squints to Look into the Garage*
Jinny: *Walks over and Looks in*
*A few guys are sitting in the garage on empty crates smoking marjuana with over 50 plants surrounding them*
Jinny: San Francisco Police Department. *Shows her Badge* You're all under arrest!
The sun is setting,and C.D. arrives at home..Pulls into the driveway and realizes a light is on and begins to get angry.
C.D: *Walks up to the front door and opens it* Paul you're still here?
Paul: *Comes from the hallway* Of course I am....I know you didn't mean what you said this morning.
C.D: This is just great! The first day you have been home before me in months! Just happens to be the day I told you I wanted you out of this house!
Paul: Candy,Let's sit down and work this out.
C.D: No Paul...Let's not! I will tell you what I'm going to do..*Tosses her stuff on the couch and walks toward the bedroom*
Paul: What are you doing? *Follows*
C.D: *Arrives in the bedroom and opens the window* This is what I'm doing...*Takes out the screen*
Paul: What?
C.D: Something I should have done a long time ago! *Walks to Pauls dresser drawer*
Paul: *Still Clueless...*
C.D: *Grabs a big armful of clothes and tosses them out the window*
Paul: C.D.!!!! What are you doing!!
C.D: Exactly what it looks like I'm doing,Paul!!
Paul: You can't do this! It's my house too!!
C.D: *Walks back toward the drawers grabs a handful of clothes. Then turns around and looks at Paul* Now that's where you are wrong,Paul. You gave up the right to this house when you Cheated on me *Tears rolling down her cheeks*
Paul: I said they didn't mean anything to me..
C.D.: How can you say that..*Walks to the window and throws more of his clothes out*
Paul: How can you do this ,C.D. I love you..and you love me! Come on give me another chance!!
C.D: *Stops and Gives him a look* Give you ANOTHER Chance? I'm not stupid ,Paul. Been there done that...
Paul: Candy Cane,We have something special. Let's not give it up!
C.D: Don't Start this,Paul! It's over *Wipes her cheeks..Takes off her Wedding Ring and throws it at Paul's Head..Then Storms out of the room*
Paul: *The wedding ring Nails him in the head then falls to the ground* *Paul looks down at the wedding ring on the floor*
C.D: *Walks into the living room and opens the front door...Then walks over to the closet and grabs a couple suit cases..Throws them out the door*
Paul: *Comes in the living room just in time to see the suit cases fly out the door* C.D,Thoughs are expensive!!
C.D: Like I could give a damn,Paul!! *Wipes her eyes once again and points to the door* GET OUT!!
Paul: But C-*Gets cut off*
C.D: Go Paul!! *Looks away*
Paul: *Doesn't know what else to say and Walks out the Door*
C.D: *Closes the door behind him ...Crying*

Jinny: Inspector White and The Seven Rookies!!
Ben: *Looks amazed then lays back on his pillow*
Jinny: Anyway,Once Apon a time there was an Inspector named Inspector White..She worked for the San Francisco Police Department!! She had this mean old Captain. Who was only mean because she was jealous of her..*Sounds Surprised*
Ben: Why?
Jinny: Uh hm..Because she had a life unlike the Captains.
Ben: Oh..
Jinny: Can I finish,Please?
Ben:*Nods*
Jinny: Okay,Anyway, the Captain hires a Private Investigator to track Inspector White's Every Move! So Inspector White Runs off to the big city hoping not to be found. When she is taken in by these Rookie Police Officers! Obviously,She doesn't mind.
Ben: What's the Names of the Officers?
Jinny: Hmm..Uh Oh! Well there's Officer Scrooge , Officer Sunshine , uh..Officer Downer , Officer Smart , Officer Baldwin , Officer Napping ,and Officer Lets....Like I was saying Inspector White is staying with these 7 Police Officers in the big City HOPING the Captain and her Private Investigator Doesn't find her....One Day Inspector White has a Day off so she is lounging around the house..When there's a knock on the door! *Knocks on Ben's Night Stand* So she gets up and opens the door...But who should be standing there besides Inspector White's mean old Captain with a donut in her hand! "What are you doing here?" asks Inspector White. "I wanted to make amends so here I am!" Captain said Handing Inspector White the Powdered Donut!!
Ben: *Eyes starts closing alittle but he's still awake*
Jinny: So Inspector White..Takes the donut from the Captain and takes a bite! "That's kind bitter" Said Inspector White...Next thing you know she's lying on the floor out cold. For the Captain had crumbled up sleeping pills on the donut!! The Captain then just walked away..Leaving Inspector White lying right inside the house with the door opened!! Luckly, A Smart,Funny,Handsome named Prince A.D.A. comes along and sees Inspector White in the doorway and rushes to her!!
Magda: *Standing at the doorway listening*
Jinny: *Doesn't know Magda is listening* So...Then the "Prince". kisses Inspector waking her up! "Who did this to you?" Asked Prince A.D.A..."Captain.."Says Inspector White with a low voice.....So Prince A.D.A. Prosecutes the Captain in court months later and Inspector White and Prince A.D.A. live happily ever after!!! *Jinny looks at Ben and realizes he is asleep..Goes to get up and Sees Magda standing in the door Way* Oh *Laughs* Hii!
Magda: Nice story,Jin!
Jinny: Oh That...*Laughs* Might aswell make it with familiar characters! *Looks at her watch* Oh I have to get home..Theodore is picking me up at 7:00 I still have to get ready.
Magda: *Laughs* Okay..Thanks for telling Ben a story.
Jinny: No Problem. He's a great kid! *Smiles* Well I will see you tomorrow! *Walking towards the door*
Magda: Okay.....Jinny! I'm going to do it!
Jinny: Do what?
Magda: Let Robert meet Benjamin.
Jinny: *Smiles and hugs Magda* Good decision. No child should grow up not knowing their parents. *Opens the door and is about to go outside*

**Angela's House**
Angela: *Walks in* I'm Home!!
Daniel: In here Angie! *Calls from the living room*
Angela: *Hangs her coat up and walks into the living room*
Daniel: *Pops out and hands her a bouque of flowers* For You...
Angela: *Takes them and Smiles* They're beautiful,Daniel! *Smells the flowers and looks back at Daniel*

*Captain at the Station*
Captain walks out of her office and shuts the door....She then exits the Division and moments later the Station. She walks to her car and gets it. Buckles up and drives off. She arrives at the D.A.'s office around 10 minutes after she left....Allen comes out and gets in her car and she drive off...
**Jinny's Building**
Jinny is Walking down the Hallway Toward her Apartment..She gets to her apartment door and goes to unlock it,but notices it is already unlocked!! So she opens the door very quietly and walks inside cautiously...She walks toward the kitchen very slowly..Right then Theodore comes out of the kitchen sense he heard when she was fittling with the door before she knew it was unlocked.
Jinny: *Jumps alittle* Theodore!!
Theodore: Oh,Did I scare you?
Jinny: *Swallows* Alittle....What are you doing here? We agreed on seeing eachother tonight at 7:00.
Theodore: *Smiles at Jinny* We are going to be seeing eachother at 7:00...Who said we couldn't see eachother earlier?
Jinny: Oh I see...*Walks toward Theodore Near the kitchen*
Theodore: *Hugs her and leads her away from the Kitchen*
Jinny: *Laughs* What are you doing,Teddy?
Theodore: I'm cooking us a special dinner!
Jinny: *Smiles and Nods* I see..What's the occasion?
Theodore: Does there have to be an occasion for me to do something nice for You? *Takes her jacket off*
Jinny: *Grins* Apparently not...
Theodore wraps his arms around Jinny and look into her eyes..Theodore slowly leans down to Jinny..They close their eyes their lips meet in a romantic kiss...........They slowly break the kiss of and look at eachother..
Jinny: You mind if I go *Point down the hallway* take a quick shower? I was around a lot of marjuana smoke today,and that seems to be all I can smell at the moment!
Theodore: *Shakes head* No no of course go ahead! I will finish up dinner...*Lets her go*
Jinny: You need any help? I can help you out and then go take a shower..It's no problem!
Theodore: *Shakes head* No I'd really like to do this myself!
Jinny: *Smiles* A.D.A. snapping dresser and can cook!
Theodore: *Laughs* Yeah you got it!
Jinny: *Laughs and walks down the hallway*
Theodore: *Finishing up the spaghetti he was making when Jinny got home*
~20 Minutes Go by~
Jinny walks out from the bathroom smelling Fresh and Clean..With her wet hair dangling down on her shoulders..Jinny walks into the living room which is only lit by candles from the Table and has soft music playing. Theodore comes out from in the kitchen.
Theodore: So what do you think? *Looks around at everything then back at Jinny*
Jinny: *Looks around and Smiles* I'm speechless,Theodore. I mean...*Shakes head* You shouldn't have...
Theodore: Well..*Smiles and walks to her* I did! You like it?
Jinny: *Smiles* Of Course I love it! I just have never had anything like this done for me. I wouldn't have expected this in a million years.
Theodore: *Leads her to the Table all the while Smiling*
Jinny: *Sits at the table* This isn't happening. This only happens in movies!!
Theodore: *Leans down and kisses Jinny passionately* You still say this isn't happening?
Jinny: *Grins* It's happening alright!!
Theodore: *Walks over and sits down aswell*
Jinny: *Looks at the food presented to her on the table* It looks delicious,Teddy *Looks up and Smiles at him*
Theodore: Thank You,Jinny! *Smiles Sincerely*
~They eat dinner~
Theodore: *Finishes his dinner*
Jinny: *Finishes her dinner aswell..Is about to stand up*
Theodore: No no..Stay there...*Stands up and grabs the dishes from the table and takes them in the kitchen*
Jinny: *Still sitting down*
Theodore: *Walks back to Jinny from the kitchen and puts his hand out*
Jinny: What?
Theodore: *Jerks his had alittle* Come on...
Jinny: *Puts her hand on his and stands up*
Theodore wraps his arms around Jinny...Jinny does the same with Theodore...They slowly sway back and forth to the music! Jinny melts into Theodore's arms ..She feels so close to him in this moment. 15 Minutes go by with them in eachothers arms. Jinny then leads Theodore to the bedroom where they lay on the bed talking until they fall asleep in one anothers arms.

*Magda Walks into Ben's Room*
Magda: *Walks over to Ben's bed,sits beside him,and gently shakes him* Okay,Bubby time to get up and get ready for school.
Ben: *Rolls over and looks at him mom* Hi Mom *Wipe eyes and sits up*
Magda: Hi Baby. *Runs her hand over his forehead* Get ready grandma's going to be here. *Pats his back,then gets up and walks out of his room*
~Magda's in the kitchen fixing breakfast~
**Phone Rings**
Magda: *Yells to Ben* I'll get it! *Picks up the phone* Hello?
Man: Hello, May I speak to Magda Please?
Magda: Speaking..May I ask who's calling?
Man: *Hangs Up*
Magda: *Gives a look and hangs up the phone*
Ben: *Yells from the other room* Who was it ,Mom?
Magda: No one,Ben. Just get ready for school. *Goes back to fixing breakfast*
**Phone Rings**
Magda: *Answers* Hello?
Man : Hello,Magda?
Magda: Who is this?
Man: How's the baby?
Magda: Who is this?
Man: It's Robert.
Magda: *Stops what she is doing and lowers her voice* Robert,what are you calling me for?
Man: I wanted to know how the baby is.
Magda: How-*Gets cut off by Robert*
Man: Magda, I just want to know how it is.
Magda: Fine,He's Fine,Robert. Not exactly a baby anymore!
Man: He! I have a Son.
Ben: *Yells from his room* Mom,Where's my shoes?
Magda: *Covers the phone* uhh..They're in the living room..*Uncovers the phone*
Man: Was that him?
Magda: *Takes a breath* Yes....
Man: What's our son's name?
Magda: Let's get something straight,Robert. As far as I am concerned he isn't your son. He is my son. My Family. I've been there sense he was born. You disappeared when you heard the word, "Baby".
Man: I want to make-up for that. I want to see him.
Magda: *Exhales* Whaat!?! After six years you want to come barging into our lives again. Gimme a break,Robert. I have to go.
Man: Wa-wait a minute. At least take my number and think it over. Shouldn't he know who his real father is?
Magda: Fine,Fine!
**Knock at the door**
Jinny: *Opens the door and walks inside* Hey, I'm here!
Ben: *Comes walking from his room* Hey,Jinny,Tell me a story?
Jinny: *Looks at her watch* Oh Ben, We're running late. *Bends down and lowers her voice* How about when I come and drop off your mom tonight. I will come and tell you a bedtime story,Okay?
Ben: Okay,You promise?
Jinny :*Stands back up and laughs* Yeah, I promise. Now where is your mom?
Ben: *Points toward the kitchen* I gotta go get my shoes *Runs off*
Jinny: *Laughs alittle* Okay,Thanks! *Walks toward the kitchen notices Magda is on the phone and waves*
Magda: *Waves at Jin (Robert Gives her his Number) Writes down Roberts number* Okay, I will think about it,Bye!
**Magda hangs the phone up**
Jinny: *Leans over and looks at the number then back at Magda* You got a hot date tonight?
Magda: Not Funny ,Jin.
Jinny: I know. I'm sorry. What's wrong,Mag?
Magda: *Looks destracted* Uhh..No,Nothing
Jinny: Come on,Magda, you can talk to me.
Magda: It just isn't a good time.
Jinny: Fine suit yourself.
**C.D.'s House**
Paul: *Sitting at the table looking through a paper*
C.D.: *Walks through the dining room to the kitchen. Doesn't say anything,and opens up the refrigerator *
Paul: *Looks up from his paper* How did you sleep, on that big comfy bed? *Sarcastic*
C.D: *Looks up from the Refrigerator* Okay just step back for just a minute! You're lucky you're still under the same roof as me after what you did! Keep in mind the only reason you are here is because you don't have a place to go yet.
Paul: *Puts his paper down*
C.D: Not that you have any trouble booking Hotel Rooms.
Paul: *Looks disgusted* Funny,C.D..
C.D: I'm not trying to be funny,Paul! I'm trying to make a point,but I guess you wouldn't know that.
Paul: I said I was sorry,Candy. What else can I do? She didn't mean anything to me.

C.D. then walks into her room looking for her gun and coat*

C.D: Paul, I don't want to go there. I meant what I said. You better be gone by the time I get home from work,tonight.
Paul: *Looks down and then back at C.D.* She didn't mean anything,honest.

Jinny and Magda get out of the car and start walking slowly toward the Station Entrance.

Jinny: *Looks over at Magda and Nods* Yeah, what about it?
Magda: *Nearing the station door* Well....*Voice drifts away,glances to the ground then back up* It was Robert...*Pauses* Ben's father.
Jinny: *Looks surprised then confused* I thought you hadn't heard from him since..~Magda interupts~
Magda: *Noding* I know, I know! All of a sudden..*Takes a breath and wipes a tear from her cheek* He wants to be a part of Ben's life! After Six years,Six! *Emphasizes the word Six*
Jinny: *Shakes her head* the question I would be asking is,Why? Why,this sudden urge to be a father?
Magda: *Nods* Who knows,Damn Robert.
Jinny: *Puts her hand on Magda's back* Soo,what are you going to do? Are you going to let him meet Ben?
Magda: *Shakes head and runs her hand over her hair* Oh I don't know,Jin. On one hand Ben deserves to meet his father. To know his father. On the other if he does he can get hurt. Which wouldn't happen if he didn't meet him. *Walks through the door of the station still shaking her head*
Jinny: Big Decision,Mag. Which only you can decide. Make sure you're doing the right thing. *Follows Magda*

C.D. pulls into the S.F.P.D. Parking Lot with Angela in the passengers seat.
Angela: *Looks at C.D.* Thanks a lot. Daniel had to leave this morning early. My car wouldn't start ~C.D. interupts~
C.D: Yeah,No problem. It's on the way.

**Inside the Division**
Jinny is at the coffee pot pouring herself some coffee. Magda is at her desk skimming over some papers. C.D. & Angela walk in.
Angela: *Walks to her desk and sits*
C.D.: *Walks in and goes to the file cabinet*
Jinny: *Finished with her coffee* Hey Guys!
C.D: Hi Jinny
Angela: Hey.
Magda: *Looks up from the papers rubbing her head* Oh Hi sorry Guys.
Angela: Hey..
C.D: You okay Magda?
Magda: Yeah,uhh Sure I'm fine. *Forces a small smile*

Jinny: Inspector Exstead. San Francisco Police Department. *Big Grin Flashes Across her face*
Magda: *Catches a Glimpse of the grin* Ooh,We all know who that is. *Laughs alittle*
C.D: Of Course! *Laughs*

C.D: *Looks over to Jinny* So where is Theodore takin' ya?
Jinny: *Smiles* It's a surprise like everything else is.
Angela: Oooh *Laughs*
Captain: *Walks out of her office* Okay listen up. It's a slow day with cases,but this is what we have. *Opens the first Folder on the top* An anonymous tip from someone saying they think a resident in there neighborhood is running a drug operation out of their home. If it's true bring 'em in. *Hands the folder to Magda* You and Jinny take it.
Magda: No problem,Captain.
Captain: *Nods and opens up the next folder* Hotel Maid opened up a hotel rooms door this morning. To find the place ransacked.. Thing Broken...Television Gone you know...*Hands it to DiLucca and his partner* Last but not least. *Opens the folder* A 7-11 was robbed,Again. Happened about 45 minutes ago. *Hands it to C.D.* You know the drill.
C.D: We're on it Captain.
**Magda and Jinny in the Car**
Jinny: *Looks over at Magda* You know you can talk to me,Right?
Magda: *Looks at Jinny* Yeah *Nods* Thanks,Jin . How about you and Theodore? Anything you want to tell me?
Jinny: *Big Smile* Teddy is really great. *Watching the road* It's just,I never thought I would be saying this about Theodore,but it's nice to you know, have him there,and to care. *Shakes head* I just don't know. It's all new to me. To have someone there to talk to anytime I need to talk. It's just weird. I have never had that with any one.
Magda: *Noding* I know,Jin.
Jinny: It's just...Oh never mind.
Magda: *Looks over* What?
Jinny: *Looking straight ahead* It's like I'm paranoid. *Takes her right hand and moves her hair out of her face* I don't want to get too close,and Depend on him too much. Because one day he may be gone,but slowly I feel myself slipping. Getting closer to him everyday,You know? *Glances over*
Magda: Yeah I understand,Jin. You're attracted to him. You really care.
Jinny: I just *Pauses* I don't want to set myself of for that situation.
Magda: I guess it is just a risk you have to take. If you really care for him. Let me rephrase that. If he really cares for you. Like you care for him...He'll be around for a long time ,Jin.

C.D: *Looks at the Cashier* Have you ever seen the suspect before?
Angela: Anyone loitering here or nearby,that you noticed?
Cashier: *Shakes head* No not that I recall. Then again, I usually work the night shift. We don't get many customers overnight. *Shakes head* Maybe the day person would have more information about that.
Angela: Could you give us a describtion of the suspect?
Cashier: Of course..About 5'8'' medium build. Fair skin, Dark hair.
C.D.: *Listening with her arms crossed*
Angela: Any facial hair?
Cashier: *thinks for a second then nods* Yeah a small mustache.
C.D: *Shifts her weight* We're going to set you up with a sketch artist to see if we can get a picture of him. You think you can do that? *Looks at the Notes* Cathy.
Cashier: *Nods* Yeah, Okay....
C.D: Okay then...*Walks off*
Angela: So can you think of anything else that would be helpful?
**Cuts to C.D. inside the 7-11**
C.D: *Looking around*
Manager: *Minor Accent* I can not believe this happen in my store.
C.D: Sir,are you the Manager?
Manager: Yes Yes *Nods*
C.D: Do you have information that could help us find the suspect? Any complaints from employees of loitering customers *Shakes head* Anything?
Manager: *Shakes head* No *Puts a finger up and walks off*
C.D: *Standing near the checkout stand*
Manager: *Comes back a short time later with a tape and hands it to C.D.* I have a hidden camera.
C.D: *Takes the Tape looks down at it*
**Magda and Jinny Arrives in the Neighborhood**
Both: *Gets out of the car and walks up to the door*
Jinny: *Knocks*
Magda: *Looks at Jinny*
Jinny: *Shrugs*
Magda: I wonder if anyone's home?
Jinny: One way to find out..*Steps forward again and knocks*
Man: *Finally comes to the door and opens it* Yeah? *Says through the screen door*
~Soon the door opens they can smell marajuana~
Magda: Hello Sir. *Flashes Badge*
Jinny: *Flashes her Badge Aswell*
Magda: We're here to ask you a few questions.
Man: *Looks at their badges* About What?
Jinny: Some illegal drug trafficing.
Man: *Shakes head* I have no idea what you ladies are talking about.
Jinny: That's why we're only going to ask some questions.
Little Child: *Comes running to the door and stops closely behind the man peaking at the two inspectors*
Magda: *Smiles at the little Child and looks back up to the man*
Man: Okay,Shoot!
Jinny: *Takes out her note pad* Can you please staight your name?
Man: Harris Robenton
Jinny *Writes it down*
Magda: Do you have any idea why anyone would think you were running a drug operation out of your home?
Harris: *Shakes head* No Ma'am.
Jinny: Someone said you have a lot of people coming in and out of your house at all times of the day.
Harris: Well,uhh I have a lot of family.
*Baby crying in the background*
Harris: You see..My wife just had a baby.
Magda: *Smiles* I see.
Jinny: You mean to say you have family coming over at all times of the day?
Harris: *Shakes head* No I didn't say that. I don't know what anyone is talking about. Saying I have people coming and going out of my house all day long. *Looking past them to the road nervously*
Little Child: *Sneezes and wipes her nose*
Harris *Puts his hand on the little girls back* Will that be all?
Magda: *Nods* Thank You for your time.
Harris: *Closes the Door*
Magda & Jinny: *Walks from the door past the garage*
Jinny: Hey Mag,You smell that?
Magda: *Stops* Yeah I do. Is it coming from the garage?
Jinny: *Sniffs* Apparently...

C.D. and Angela: *Sitting at their desks sorting through some papers on their most recent case involving the 7-11*
Captain: *Looks at Jinny* So what have you got so far?
Jinny: *Shakes head* The man claims not to know anything about a Drug Operation.
Magda: He explained all the people coming to and from his house because his wife just had a baby. Which very well could be.
Jinny: We heard a baby cring.
Captain: Sounds like a a cheap cover up to me.
Jinny: *Nods and looks down at the notes*
Magda: We smelled Marjauna coming from the house.
Captain: Did you mention it to him?
Jinny: *Shakes her head* No,no we didn't. Soon after he told us about the baby. He wanted to go.
Magda: *Nods* He had an unusual look on his face.
Jinny: Like he was nervous about us being there.
Captain: You have enough evidence to get a search warrant?
Magda: Yes,A couple neighbors said they have seen many different people come to his house.
Jinny: *Nods*
Captain: Well get on it.
Magda: Yes,Captain...*Glances over to Jinny then looks through Harris's Police File*
Captain: *nods and walks over to Angela and C.D.*
Jinny: *Picks up the phone and calls the D.A.'s Office.
*Allen: *Picks up the phone* O'Conner.*
Jinny: Hey,It's Jinny Exstead here.
*Allen: Hey Jinny...What's the problem?*
Jinny: No problem. I need a warrant.
*Cuts to Angela,C.D.,and Captain*
C.D: We got a tape of the man.
Angela: The Manager had a hidden camera to watch his employees. Sense things have been mysteriously missing.
C.D. We questioned the Morning and Afternoon employees and noone had heard or seen anything suspicious.
Captain: *Crosses her arms* I see....So nothing at all. Besides the Tape.
Angela: *Nods* And a couple witnesses.
Captain: Any see the robbery take place?
C.D: *Looks at the papers* Yeah, a woman by the name of Cathy Jordan. She had seen it all from right outside the door..
Captain: She get a good describtion?
Angela :*Nods and picks up the scetch of the robber and hands it to Cap*
Captain: *Looks at it* Well ...Take it around the neighborhood around the 7-11...See if anyone recognizes him. Have you been through the files?
Angela: *Nods* We got a man that has a stunning similiarity to him.
Captain: What's the name?
Angela: *Looks through the folder* Chris Baker.
Captain: What was he brought in for?
Angela: *Looks at Captain* Armed Robbery.
Captain: Well hit the streets.
C.D:*Nods* We're on it Captain...*Gets up and walks toward the door*

Magda: *Nods* Keep going.
Jinny: *Reads further* Busted in 1980 for *Pauses and looks at Magda the back down* Drug Dealer..Cocaine,Heroin..*Looks up* The list goes on.
Captain :*Over hears all this* Is this the guy the Anonymous tip was about?
Jinny: Yeah..Harris Robenton..Been picked up countless times for Posession of Narcatics.
Captain: What about a search warrant?
Jinny: It should be here anytime.
Magda: *thinking*
Captain: *Nods, glances at Magda,and walks back to her office and closes the door*

Magda: Uhh..Yeah sorry about that..I was thinking about Ben.

Magda: *Rubs her forehead* I don't know....

C.D: *Walks to a passer by* Have you seen this man? *Shows the picture*
Woman: *Shakes her head and walks off*

For Armed Robbery of the 7-11 earlier today. *Turns Chris around and cuffs him* You are under arrest anything you say or do will be held against you in the court of law. You have a right to an Attorney if you can not afford one one will be provided for you. *Walks out with Chris*

**Back at the Station*
Theodore: *Walks in with the Warrant*
Magda: *Looks over to the door where Theodore is just coming in* Hey Theodore.

*Two Officers run around the back of the house and takes Chris from Jinny*

The sun is setting,and C.D. arrives at home..Pulls into the driveway and realizes a light is on and begins to get angry.

Jinny: Can I finish,Please?
Ben:*Nods*
Jinny: Okay,Anyway, the Captain hires a Private Investigator to track Inspector White's Every Move! So Inspector White Runs off to the big city hoping not to be found. When she is taken in by these Rookie Police Officers! Obviously,She doesn't mind.
Ben: What's the Names of the Officers?
Jinny: Hmm..Uh Oh! Well there's Officer Scrooge , Officer Sunshine , uh..Officer Downer , Officer Smart , Officer Baldwin , Officer Napping ,and Officer Lets....Like I was saying Inspector White is staying with these 7 Police Officers in the big City HOPING the Captain and her Private Investigator Doesn't find her....One Day Inspector White has a Day off so she is lounging around the house..When there's a knock on the door! *Knocks on Ben's Night Stand* So she gets up and opens the door...But who should be standing there besides Inspector White's mean old Captain with a donut in her hand! "What are you doing here?" asks Inspector White. "I wanted to make amends so here I am!" Captain said Handing Inspector White the Powdered Donut!!
Ben: *Eyes starts closing alittle but he's still awake*
Jinny: So Inspector White..Takes the donut from the Captain and takes a bite! "That's kind bitter" Said Inspector White...Next thing you know she's lying on the floor out cold. For the Captain had crumbled up sleeping pills on the donut!! The Captain then just walked away..Leaving Inspector White lying right inside the house with the door opened!! Luckly, A Smart,Funny,Handsome named Prince A.D.A. comes along and sees Inspector White in the doorway and rushes to her!!
Magda: *Standing at the doorway listening*
Jinny: *Doesn't know Magda is listening* So...Then the "Prince". kisses Inspector waking her up! "Who did this to you?" Asked Prince A.D.A..."Captain.."Says Inspector White with a low voice.....So Prince A.D.A. Prosecutes the Captain in court months later and Inspector White and Prince A.D.A. live happily ever after!!! *Jinny looks at Ben and realizes he is asleep..Goes to get up and Sees Magda standing in the door Way* Oh *Laughs* Hii!
Magda: Nice story,Jin!
Jinny: Oh That...*Laughs* Might aswell make it with familiar characters! *Looks at her watch* Oh I have to get home..Theodore is picking me up at 7:00 I still have to get ready.
Magda: *Laughs* Okay..Thanks for telling Ben a story.
Jinny: No Problem. He's a great kid! *Smiles* Well I will see you tomorrow! *Walking towards the door*
Magda: Okay.....Jinny! I'm going to do it!

Angela: *Walks in* I'm Home!!
Daniel: In here Angie! *Calls from the living room*
Angela: *Hangs her coat up and walks into the living room*
Daniel: *Pops out and hands her a bouque of flowers* For You...
Angela: *Takes them and Smiles* They're beautiful,Daniel! *Smells the flowers and looks back at Daniel*

*Captain at the Station*
Captain walks out of her office and shuts the door....She then exits the Division and moments later the Station. She walks to her car and gets it. Buckles up and drives off. She arrives at the D.A.'s office around 10 minutes after she left....Allen comes out and gets in her car and she drive off...
**Jinny's Building**
Jinny is Walking down the Hallway Toward her Apartment..She gets to her apartment door and goes to unlock it,but notices it is already unlocked!! So she opens the door very quietly and walks inside cautiously...She walks toward the kitchen very slowly..Right then Theodore comes out of the kitchen sense he heard when she was fittling with the door before she knew it was unlocked.
Jinny: *Jumps alittle* Theodore!!
Theodore: Oh,Did I scare you?
Jinny: *Swallows* Alittle....What are you doing here? We agreed on seeing eachother tonight at 7:00.
Theodore: *Smiles at Jinny* We are going to be seeing eachother at 7:00...Who said we couldn't see eachother earlier?
Jinny: Oh I see...*Walks toward Theodore Near the kitchen*
Theodore: *Hugs her and leads her away from the Kitchen*
Jinny: *Laughs* What are you doing,Teddy?
Theodore: I'm cooking us a special dinner!
Jinny: *Smiles and Nods* I see..What's the occasion?
Theodore: Does there have to be an occasion for me to do something nice for You? *Takes her jacket off*

Theodore wraps his arms around Jinny and look into her eyes..Theodore slowly leans down to Jinny..They close their eyes their lips meet in a romantic kiss...........They slowly break the kiss of and look at eachother..
Jinny: You mind if I go *Point down the hallway* take a quick shower? I was around a lot of marjuana smoke today,and that seems to be all I can smell at the moment!
Theodore: *Shakes head* No no of course go ahead! I will finish up dinner...*Lets her go*
Jinny: You need any help? I can help you out and then go take a shower..It's no problem!
Theodore: *Shakes head* No I'd really like to do this myself!
Jinny: *Smiles* A.D.A. snapping dresser and can cook!
Theodore: *Laughs* Yeah you got it!
Jinny: *Laughs and walks down the hallway*
Theodore: *Finishing up the spaghetti he was making when Jinny got home*
~20 Minutes Go by~
Jinny walks out from the bathroom smelling Fresh and Clean..With her wet hair dangling down on her shoulders..Jinny walks into the living room which is only lit by candles from the Table and has soft music playing. Theodore comes out from in the kitchen.
Theodore: So what do you think? *Looks around at everything then back at Jinny*
Jinny: *Looks around and Smiles* I'm speechless,Theodore. I mean...*Shakes head* You shouldn't have...
Theodore: Well..*Smiles and walks to her* I did! You like it?
Jinny: *Smiles* Of Course I love it! I just have never had anything like this done for me. I wouldn't have expected this in a million years.
Theodore: *Leads her to the Table all the while Smiling*
Jinny: *Sits at the table* This isn't happening. This only happens in movies!!
Theodore: *Leans down and kisses Jinny passionately* You still say this isn't happening?
Jinny: *Grins* It's happening alright!!
Theodore: *Walks over and sits down aswell*
Jinny: *Looks at the food presented to her on the table* It looks delicious,Teddy *Looks up and Smiles at him*
Theodore: Thank You,Jinny! *Smiles Sincerely*
~They eat dinner~
Theodore: *Finishes his dinner*
Jinny: *Finishes her dinner aswell..Is about to stand up*
Theodore: No no..Stay there...*Stands up and grabs the dishes from the table and takes them in the kitchen*
Jinny: *Still sitting down*
Theodore: *Walks back to Jinny from the kitchen and puts his hand out*
Jinny: What?
Theodore: *Jerks his had alittle* Come on...
Jinny: *Puts her hand on his and stands up*
Theodore wraps his arms around Jinny...Jinny does the same with Theodore...They slowly sway back and forth to the music! Jinny melts into Theodore's arms ..She feels so close to him in this moment. 15 Minutes go by with them in eachothers arms. Jinny then leads Theodore to the bedroom where they lay on the bed talking until they fall asleep in one anothers arms.
